Description
The present invention relates to a leak sensor, and more particularly, to a leak sensor which detects leakage of liquid by using an electrolytic phenomenon, separates water and chemical solution, And more particularly to a leak sensor device using electrolysis capable of reuse, not disposable.
BACKGROUND ART [0002] In general, a leak sensor is a sensor that detects leakage of water or chemical solution, and various types of sensors such as a film type sensor using a cable or an electrode type pattern are disclosed.
For example, as shown in FIG. 1, the
However, the
In this case, there has been an error in sensing rainwater as a chemical solution.
Therefore, a leak sensor for chemical solution sensing has been proposed to solve these problems.
The chemical solution sensing leak sensor detects the chemical solution on the surface of the
However, the leakage sensor for chemical solution sensing is a non-reusable disposable sensor that performs sensing function when a coating layer is destroyed.
In addition, the conventional film type leak sensor is susceptible to noise coming from the ground in a manner of attaching to the ground, and frequent false alarms may occur due to malfunction caused by high resistance of the sensor itself.
In addition, in the case of a leak sensor having a plurality of detection holes and detecting leaked liquid flowing through the holes, a gap between the detection holes is widened and a small amount of leakage can not be detected.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION It is an object of the present invention to provide a leakage sensor device using electrolysis which detects the leakage of liquid by using the electrolysis phenomenon of leakage liquid.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a leakage sensor device using electrolysis, which can detect leakage of liquid, distinguishable between water and chemical solution, and to determine the type of leaked liquid.
It is still another object of the present invention to provide a leak sensor device using electrolysis capable of detecting leakage of a chemical solution, which is not disposable but reusable.
According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a plasma display apparatus comprising: a leak sensor having a first electrode and a second electrode, which are conductive metals, A voltage / current amplifying unit for varying a voltage and an electric current to an electrode of the leak sensor; A current sensor for detecting a current flowing between the electrodes of the leak sensor; The leak sensor according to
According to the present invention, when the amount of current detected in comparison with the surface area of the first electrode and the second electrode is small when the leakage of the leak sensor is detected, the controller determines the leakage amount as water.
또한 본 발명에 따르자면 상기 제어부 상기 리크센서의 누액 감지 시, 검출된 전류량이 특정 전해액의 기준분해전압에 대응되게 상승된 경우 해당되는 화학용액의 누액으로 판단하는 것을 특징으로 한다.According to another aspect of the present invention, there is provided a leak detector for a leak detector, comprising: a leak detector for detecting leakage of a chemical solution when a leakage current of the leak sensor is detected;
According to the present invention, the setting of the reference decomposition voltage is characterized by using the surface area of the first electrode and the second electrode, the type of leakage, and the concentration of leakage.
According to the present invention, the material of the first electrode and the second electrode of the
As described above, the present invention provides the advantage of highly precise detection of leaked liquid by a new type of detection method using leakage electrolysis.
In addition, the present invention provides an advantage of being able to detect leakage of water and distinguish between water and chemical solution, and to determine the type of leaked liquid.
Further, the present invention provides an advantage of detecting leakage of a chemical solution, which can be reused rather than disposable, thereby reducing costs.
In addition, the present invention provides a merit in that leakage leakage is measured using the difference in decomposition voltage of rainwater or chemical solution, and the detection method is not affected by power source noise from the ground by measurement by current.

3 is a configuration diagram of a leak sensor to which the present invention is applied.
As shown, the
The
The
In addition, the
The
The electrolysis voltage will be explained for the understanding of the present invention.
The decomposition voltage is a voltage that must be applied between two electrodes, that is, an anode and a cathode, in order to cause electrolysis. The voltage depends on the material of the anode and the cathode, and the type of the electrolyte.
In the case of water, the electrolysis voltage is theoretically higher than 1.23V, but in reality, the electrolysis can be performed by applying a voltage of 1.6V or more due to the catalytic action and ionization of the electrode.
When the standard decomposition voltage V1 is applied to the electrode, the current rapidly increases as shown in FIG.
The present invention is capable of discriminating the type of leakage liquid L which is an electrolytic solution, taking into account the fact that the standard decomposition voltage (V1) fluctuates when an electrolytic solution contains an ionizing substance by using such an electrolysis phenomenon.
The decomposition voltage according to the type of the electrolyte is as shown in Table 1 below.
Therefore, the present invention varies the decomposition voltage (hereinafter also referred to as a reference decomposition voltage (V1)) of the electrolyte solution to the
The amount of current for each electrolyte (leakage) according to the reference decomposition voltage V1 depends on the surface areas S1 and S2 of the first and
The material of the

The overall operation of the leak sensor device using the electrolysis of the present invention thus constructed will be described in detail with reference to the flowchart of FIG.

However, when the current value is detected through the
