Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention [0001] The present invention relates to a headrest folding apparatus, and more particularly, to a headrest folding apparatus capable of easily folding a headrest in a seat direction when necessary, thereby improving the internal space utilization of the vehicle.
Generally, the seat for a vehicle may include a seat cushion for supporting a hip portion of a passenger when seated, a seatback for supporting the passenger's back, and a headrest for supporting the neck and head of the passenger.
On the other hand, the car seat is basically equipped with various functions such as seat back angle adjustment function (recliner), seat cushion height adjustment function, seat front / rear position adjustment function (slide device), etc. to provide appropriate comfort according to seated passengers can do.
In addition, in the case of a vehicle having two or more rows of three or more rows, the basic functions of the above-described seat, an additional function that can variously change the position and shape of the seat for the convenience of passengers, May be further provided.
As one of these functions, there is a tip up function. The seat which can be tip-uped, for example, can fold the seat back and the seat cushion in a standing state with respect to the unused vehicle seat and fold the heft rest for this purpose, thereby enhancing the space utilization of the passengers entering and leaving the rear seat in the vehicle, And can be provided for the purpose of increasing utilization.
Generally, as described in Korean Patent No. 10-1404478, when the rotating cam is rotated by a wire in a locked state in which the fixed cam and the rotating cam are meshed with each other, the folding device of the conventional headrest is folded, .
On the other hand, the wire assembled to the headrest frame for folding the conventional headrest has a problem in that since the length thereof is not constant during the manufacture of the factory, it becomes too loose after assembly and the folding operation can not be performed even if pulled, There has been a problem in that the folding operation is not smoothly controlled such as folding operation by itself.
In order to solve the tension problem of the wire, conventionally, a multi-step circumferential groove portion is formed in a fastening portion for fixing the wire protection tube to the headrest frame, There have been attempts to select and assemble any of the grooves.
However, in spite of such conventional efforts, errors caused by operator's mistakes still occur in the selection process of the workers, and in addition, in the process of using for a long time after assembly, There is a tendency that the folding operation becomes too insensitive or sensitive again.
In addition, due to the characteristics of the running environment of the vehicle, many external forces, shocks, and vibrations are generated in the wire even when the vehicle is not operated, and the headrest is unexpectedly folded in a harsh environment to cause safety accidents.
Conventionally, when the folding or unfolding is performed, the load of the resilient spring or the load of the human body is concentrated on the fixed cam, that is, the locking member. Such a load is transmitted from the center of the fixed frame and headrest frame to one side There is a problem that a malfunction phenomenon may be caused by causing deformation toward the biased side, and the rigidity and durability are deteriorated thereby adversely affecting vehicle testing and certification.
Conventionally, the headrest frame is structurally unstable and can not be stopped at a predetermined forward rotation angle during a folding process. In the process of over folding or unfolding at an angle higher than the predetermined rotation angle, It is not stopped at a predetermined reverse rotation angle, and over unfolding at an angle higher than the predetermined angle has many problems such as adverse effect on vehicle test and certification.

For example, as shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the fixed
More specifically, for example, as shown in Figs. 1 to 3, the fixed
The fixed
More specifically, for example, as shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the
The front and rear of the
Therefore, the headrest can be folded in the direction of the seat back by the fixed
1 to 3, the locking
Therefore, when the
Fig. 4 is a front view of the
More specifically, for example, as shown in Figs. 1 to 5, the
1 to 5, the
That is, in general, the
Therefore, it is possible to actively accept errors such as errors in assembling parts, errors in assembly, distortion errors during use, and external / impact / vibration errors during operation, thereby preventing malfunction of the products. Thus, safety, reliability and durability Can greatly improve.
4, the locking
1 to 5, the locking
Therefore, by positioning the locking
1 to 5, the rotating
Therefore, it is possible to prevent over folding or over unfolding of the headrest caused by unreasonable force or external force, so that excellent results can be obtained in the certification or test of a vehicle that predicts a collision, rollover, or emergency of the vehicle.
Therefore, if the single

5 to 8, the operation of the
At this time, even if the

Thus, safety, reliability and durability Can greatly improve.
6, when the
7, when the
8, when the user forcibly unfolds or rotationally unfolds the
