Claims (4)
상기 한 쌍의 지지부재를 상호 이격된 상태로 유지시키는 이격부재:
상기 한 쌍의 지지부재 각각의 하단부에 구비된 고정홈:
상기 고정홈에 그 양측 끝부분이 삽입되어 착탈가능하게 결합고정되며, 키친타올의 중심에 구비된 원통형부재의 내부로 삽입될 수 있는 삽입부재; 및
상기 삽입부재에 상호 이격되어 고정되도록 구비되되, 상기 키친타올의 원통형부재의 내측면에 삽입되는 경우 탄성변형되며 그 내측면에 지지될 수 있도록 구비된 한 쌍의 탄성지지부재;를 포함하여 구성되고,
상기 삽입부재는,
상기 한 쌍의 지지부재가 이격된 거리와 동일한 길이를 가지고 상기 고정홈의 입구 폭보다는 큰 직경을 가지는 원통형상의 몸체;와,
상기 고정홈에 삽입되어 상기 몸체의 단부에 나사결합되는 나사부 및 이러한 나사부의 외측 단부에 구비되되 상기 고정홈의 폭보다 큰 크기의 머리부로 구성된 한 쌍의 고정부재;를 포함하여 구성되어,
상기 한 쌍의 고정부재의 나사부를 상기 고정홈에 삽입하여 상기 몸체에 체결시키면, 상기 삽입부재가 상기 지지부재에 고정되도록 구성되며,
상기 탄성지지부재는, 원통형상의 중심부재와 그 중심부재의 외주면에 방사상으로 연장되고, 탄성을 가지는 다수의 날개부재로 이루어지되, 상기 중심부재와 상기 다수의 날개부재들은 실리콘 재질로서 일체로 형성되고,
상기 탄성지지부재의 외측둘레의 직경은 상기 키친타올의 원통형부재의 내측면의 직경보다 0.5mm 이상 15 mm보다 적은 값만큼 크게 되어 있어서, 상기 키친타올을 사용자가 완만한 속도로 잡아 당기는 경우 상기 키친타올의 원통형부재는 상기 탄성지지부재의 날개부재들과의 접촉면에서 발생하는 마찰력을 이기고 회전되고, 사용자가 순간적으로 잡아 당기는 경우에는 상기 키친타올의 원통형부재는 회전되지 않고 키친타올이 잘려지도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 키친타올 거치장치.A pair of support members having a hook portion at an upper end thereof;
