건물 옥상의 난간대에 탈착가능하게 고정되고, 작업자가 앉는 작업대가 고정되는 와이어로프를 견인하기 위한 견인장치에 적용되고,
상기 난간대 외주연에 밀착지지되는 호형태의 제1지지편이 내측면에 형성되는 제1프레임;
상기 제1프레임 외측면에 장착되고, 상기 와이어로프를 견인시 지지하는 제1회전롤러;
일단이 힌지에 의해 상기 제1프레임 일단에 회동가능하게 연결되고, 상기 난간대 외주연에 밀착지지되는 호형태의 제2지지편이 내부에서 이동가능하게 형성되는 제2프레임;
상기 제2프레임 외측면에 장착되고, 상기 와이어로프를 견인시 지지하는 제2회전롤러;
상기 제1프레임의 타단에 형성되는 제1연장편에 상기 제2프레임 타단에 형성되는 제2연장편을 탈착가능하게 고정하기 위한 제1로커;
상기 제2프레임의 제2연장편을 관통하여 상기 제2지지편을 축방향으로 이동가능하게 지지하며, 상기 난간대 외주연에 상기 제1,2지지편을 밀착시켜 탈착가능하게 고정하기 위한 제2로커;를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 외벽용 와이어로프 견인장치.
