Abstract
Description
BACKGROUND OF THE
Ondol, which is a heating system that is generally used to heat the floor of a heating system used for heating, heats water by using a boiler and circulates the heated water to a pipe installed on the floor to perform heating.
These pipes are embedded in the mortar when the bottom surface is poured, or installed on a separate thermal insulation panel and installed on the bottom surface. However, the method of buying with mortar casting has a drawback in that the construction procedure is difficult and the mortar drying takes a long time, so that the whole construction period is long. In addition, the method of installing a separate insulating panel can relatively shorten the construction period However, the hassle of installing piping in the field was inevitable.
To solve these problems, a hot water panel with hot water piping was developed. A hot water pipe for raising the temperature of hot water is provided inside the hot water panel. A plurality of hot water panels are combined with each other to obtain a heating floor having a desired area.
A plurality of the conventional hot water panels are combined with each other to form one large hot water floor. In this case, it is difficult to connect a plurality of hot water panels to each other. This is because the hot water pipes are installed in the respective hot water panels and the hot water pipes must be separately connected to each other in the process of connecting the hot water panels. Particularly, the hot water pipe is provided with a water inlet pipe and a water outlet pipe for hot water to be introduced and discharged, respectively, and these pipes must be separately connected to each other.
In addition, there is also a disadvantage in that the connecting portion connecting the plurality of hot water panels to each other is exposed to the outside, which detracts from the appearance of the hot water panel.
The pipe connecting assembly according to the present invention as described above and the hot water panel having the pipe connecting assembly have the following effects.
The present invention relates to a pipe connection assembly and a hot water panel (1) having the pipe connection assembly, and a pipe connection assembly is applied to the hot water panel (1) of the present invention. Hereinafter, the entire structure of the
A plurality of the
The
2 shows the bottom surface of the
The pipe assembly includes a
The
The water inlet pipe (13) and the water outlet pipe (11) are installed side by side in the installation space (S). More precisely, the water inlet pipe (13) and the water outlet pipe (11) are installed adjacent to each other along one edge of the installation space (S). For example, as shown in FIG. 2, the
The
Meanwhile, the connection pipe (14) is installed to extend toward the other edge of the installation space (S). That is, the
In the present invention, the water inlet pipe (13), the water outlet pipe (11), and the connecting pipe (14) each have a rectangular cross section. That is, the
Next, the
As shown in FIG. 2, the
The skeleton of the
2, the
Each of the water inlet pipe (13) and the water outlet pipe (11) is provided with a reducer (40). The
The exact structure of the
In this embodiment, the coupling ends 44 and 45 are respectively inserted into the end portions of two pipes connected to each other on both sides of the
Coupling means (50) is coupled to the reducer (40). The coupling means 50 is coupled to a pair of the
As shown in FIG. 5, the coupling means 50 can receive hot water through an inner channel, and has
The
Hereinafter, a process of connecting the
When a plurality of
First, in a state where the two
In the process of approaching the two
At this time, the
When the
Finally, the
Referring to FIG. 2, the process of flowing hot water through the piping assembly of the
The hot water obtained flows along the
The
Through this structure, the temperature of the
At this time, since the
On the other hand, when a plurality of
