Abstract
A torque control bolt according to the present invention includes: a ball plunger having therein a ball provided so as not to be released to the outside and an elastic body for transmitting an elastic force to the ball; A head portion formed so that a mounting hole through which the ball plunger is coupled is vertically penetrated; And a screw portion rotatably coupled to a lower portion of the head portion and having a plurality of receiving grooves which are in contact with a lower portion of the ball plunger to form a ring shape, the ball plunger contacting the receiving groove according to a depth at which the ball plunger is coupled to the head portion, So that the torque can be adjusted.
Description
The present invention relates to a torque control bolt, and more particularly, to a bolt that can prevent a bolt from being loosened or broken by adjusting a torque of a bolt coupled to an object.
Generally, a bolt is a typical mechanical element used to fasten two different members or machine parts by turning them into a nut or a screw hole.
Such a bolt is generally composed of a polygonal head portion so as to apply torque by a tool such as a spanner or a socket wrench, and a thread portion formed integrally with the lower portion of the head portion and threadedly engaged with the nut or screw hole.
The bolts must be tightened with the specified torque required by the respective machine parts when they are connected to the nuts or screw holes. The specified torque is different for each part from one part to the next. When the operator wants to tighten the bolt properly, And work with a torque wrench as required by the instructions.
However, it is very troublesome for a worker to tighten a bolt to a specified torque by using a torque wrench while watching an operation manual at a workplace, so that the bolt has been fastened in a normal case depending on the operator's senses.
As a result of the practice of depending on this sensation, there is a problem that the bolt is tightened too much in some places and the joint part of the mechanical part is deformed, and in some places, the bolt is tightened too weakly There is a problem that the mechanical parts are disassembled in a short time.
In addition, Japanese Laid-Open Patent Application No. 10-2009-0032364 discloses a bolt-type bolt which is a bolt-type bolt that is fixed to a bolt body, &Quot;
However, in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 10-2009-0032364, there is a problem that when the over torque is applied, the bolt is broken and can not be used again.
A torque control bolt according to the present invention aims to solve the following problems.
First, to prevent breakage of bolt or parts by over torque tightening and to prevent loosening of bolt by under torque tightening.
Second, we want to adjust the torque required for bolt tightening.
Third, the bolts can be tightened with a predetermined torque so that they can be reused.
The problems to be solved by the present invention are not limited to those mentioned above, and other solutions not mentioned can be clearly understood by those skilled in the art from the following description.
The torque control bolt according to the present invention preferably includes a ball provided at one side so as not to be released to the outside, and a ball plunger having therein an elastic body for transmitting an elastic force to the ball.
Preferably, the torque control bolt according to the present invention includes a head portion formed such that a mounting hole through which the ball plunger is engaged is vertically penetrated.
The torque control bolt according to the present invention preferably includes a thread portion that is rotatably coupled to a lower portion of the head portion and has a plurality of receiving grooves that are in contact with a lower portion of the ball plunger to form a ring shape.
The torque control bolt according to the present invention is preferably capable of adjusting the torque by changing the elastic force of the ball plunger contacting the receiving groove according to the depth at which the ball plunger is coupled to the head portion.
In the torque control bolt according to the present invention, the head portion is formed with a ring-shaped coupling groove in the lower portion and a plurality of insertion grooves connected to the coupling groove on the side, and the screw portion has a ring- Shaped guide rails are formed along the side surfaces of the guide rails and one side of the engagement pins inserted into the insertion grooves moves along the guide rails.
In the torque control bolt according to the present invention, it is preferable that the engaging pin is screwed into the engaging groove.
In the torque control bolt according to the present invention, it is preferable that the ball plunger is screwed to the mounting hole.
In the torque control bolt according to the present invention, it is preferable that a tool engagement groove is formed on the head portion so that the head portion can be tightened and released by using a tool.
The torque control bolt according to the present invention can expect the following effects.
First, it is possible to prevent breakage of a bolt or a part by over torque tightening, and to prevent loosening of the bolt by tightening the under torque.
Second, the required torque can be adjusted according to the parts to be bolted.
Third, it is economical because the bolt can be tightened to a fastened part with a predetermined torque and reused.
The effects of the present invention are not limited to those mentioned above, and other effects not mentioned can be clearly understood by those skilled in the art from the following description.
