Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a deck coupling clip, and more particularly, to a deck coupling clip which not only provides a fixing operation for fixing an adjacent deck, but also minimizes deformation caused by decks To a clip for a deck coupling.
Wood decks are mainly used as flooring materials for indoor space as well as outdoor facilities such as trails and trails because of excellent durability and easy maintenance, and elasticity and shock absorbing are minimized to minimize the fatigue of pedestrians. In addition, the wood deck not only creates a quiet indoor environment, but also has a benign and aesthetic advantage over other materials.
Generally, a conventional prefabricated wooden deck structure is provided with a wooden deck structure in such a manner that a joist line is provided on a bottom surface of a place to be installed and a unit wood deck board (hereinafter, referred to as a 'deck' have.
Such a wood deck structure can be classified into a piece-type deck structure and a clip-type deck structure depending on the installation method.
The piece-type deck structure is a method of mutually fixing joists and decks using fixing means such as nails, rivets, or bolts, and the clip-type deck structure is a method of clipping adjacent decks and joists without fastening of separate fixing means.
In recent years, the clip type deck structure is mainly constructed because it keeps the gap between the decks constant, prevents the fixing means from being exposed to the outside, and is easy to install.
A clip used in a conventional clip-type deck structure has been disclosed in Korean Patent Laid-Open Publication No. 10-2012-0100227 (entitled "Joint clip"). The following is a brief overview. A conventional clip is formed between two wood decks to be installed adjacent to each other and inserted into a sliding groove formed in the longitudinal direction of the wooden deck, A fastening piece to be fastened to a joist line which is a support base on which the wooden deck is installed; And a connecting piece connecting the insertion piece and the fastening piece so that the wooden deck is connected and fixed to the joist line, wherein the insertion piece and the fastening piece are fixed to the joist clip by fastening means Wherein when the sliding groove formed in the longitudinal direction is formed in the joist, the engaging jaw is inserted into the sliding groove, and when the sliding groove is not formed in the joist, And the engaging jaw is caught at both lower corners of the joist line.
The conventional clip is advantageous in that a joining line and a deck can be connected without using a fixing means such as a nail, a screw, and a bolt. However, as shown in FIG. 1B, There is a problem in that a constant spacing S is generated by a distance from the joist line P 'as much as the length of the joining
As a result, a separate end clip must be provided in the finishing work according to the installation of the deck structure, and the deck D may be easily deformed due to the space S.
Deck D frequently experiences deformation such as shrinkage or expansion due to sunlight, temperature, humidity, etc. When the deck D and the joist line P 'are not in close contact with each other, So that the deck D is more easily deformed.
When the load of the pedestrian is applied to the deck D in a state in which the expansion and contraction of the deck D is repeated according to the temperature change, the deformation of the central portion of the deck D is further exacerbated. The deck structure may be permanently deformed by deformation of the deck (D), which may threaten the safety of the pedestrian.
In addition, since the conventional clip is opened at the bottom, the clip may be detached from the joist line P 'when the deck D is deformed, thereby deteriorating the safety of the deck structure.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION Accordingly, the present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems occurring in the prior art, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a deck structure capable of adhering a deck to each pipe, The present invention has been made in view of the above problems.
In order to achieve the above object, according to the present invention, there is provided a vertical deck comprising: a horizontal portion surrounding a lower surface of a tube supporting a deck at a bottom; A pair of vertical portions extending upwardly from both ends of the horizontal portion so as to surround the sides of each tube; A pair of connecting portions extending upward from the vertical portion to connect and support the first plate portion from below; And a pair of first plate portions extending horizontally perpendicularly to the upper ends of the connecting portions so as to be inserted into the coupling grooves formed on the side surfaces of the deck.
Further, a release preventing tab is formed inside the connection portion so as to be caught on the upper surface of each tube.
In addition, the inner end of the separation preventing jaw is formed as a curved surface.
And a second plate portion extending horizontally in parallel with the first plate portion and extending back and forth from the connecting portion at an upper surface height of each of the tubes.
In addition, the thickness of the front and rear ends of the vertical portion becomes thinner toward the distal end.
In addition, a non-slip surface is formed on one side of the horizontal portion and the vertical portion which are in contact with the respective pipes.
Further, the present invention is characterized by further comprising: a locking member which binds the separation preventing ribs formed on the pair of connecting portions.
The effect of the deck coupling clip according to the present invention is as follows.
First, since the horizontal portion and the vertical portion are tangent to the lower surface and both side surfaces of each tube, there is an effect that the tubes can be prevented from being detached from the clip due to their own weight, external force, deformation of the deck, and the like.
Second, the lower surface of the deck can be brought into close contact with the upper surface of each tube, thereby forming a sufficient contact area. As a result, since the lower surface of the deck can be supported in a relatively large area, deformation due to expansion and contraction of the deck can be minimized, and deformation of the deck due to the load of the pedestrian applied to the deck can be minimized.
Third, since the deck and the tubes are in close contact with each other even when the fixing means for reinforcing the binding force of the deck structure is installed, the tableting or drilling operation of the fixing means is easier and the fixing means can be firmly mounted.
Fourth, since the upper surface of each tube and the lower surface of the deck can be closely contacted, a separate end clip is not required. As a result, it is possible to simplify the components required by the deck structure.

2, it is possible to divide upper and lower (y), left and right (x), and front and rear (z) in the same state as shown in Fig. 2, Related directions also specify direction according to this criterion.
It is preferable that the
In the following description, the
The
A non-slip surface NS may be formed on one side of the
The non-slip surface NS is a means for increasing the adhesion of the
Since the
Next, the
The connecting
It is preferable that the area occupied by the
On the other hand, in the
In order to prevent this, a
The
That is, the
Hereinafter, another embodiment of the
FIG. 6 is a perspective view showing the overall appearance of a clip according to another embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 7 is a view schematically showing a front face of the clip shown in FIG. 7, and FIG. 8 is a view showing a deck FIG. 9 is a view schematically showing one side of a deck structure to which the clip shown in FIG. 6 is applied, and FIG. 10 is an example in which a locking member is installed in the clip shown in FIG. 6 12A is a view for explaining a conventional clip in which deformation of a deck occurs, and FIG. 12B is a view showing a clip according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. Lt; RTI ID = 0.0 > deck < / RTI >
The
In other words, the
As a result, the deck D can be stably supported since a larger area for supporting the lower surface of the deck D can be secured in comparison with the embodiment of the
On the other hand, in the case of the conventional clip, since the space S is generated between the joist line P 'and the deck D, the deck D is finished in the form of a cantilever at the end of the joining line P' . It is necessary to attach the end clip to the end of the joist line (P ') in order to prevent the vaulting of the deck (D) finished in a cantilever shape.
However, in the case of the
Meanwhile, the
The locking
For example, the locking
Hereinafter, the action of the
First, the
When the
The lower surface of the deck D is supported by the upper surface of each pipe P and the
Here, if it is desired to add a fixing force between the members constituting the deck structure, the deck D and the pipes P may be mutually penetrated by the fixing means.
That is, it is possible to minimize deformation caused in the deck D through a structure that can adhere the deck D to the respective pipes P as well as the fixing action of fixing the decks D arranged adjacent to each other.
