Abstract
Description
More particularly, the present invention relates to a document deoxidizing apparatus for deoxidizing an acidified document by continuously circulating a deoxidized solution for a predetermined time after immersing the acidified document in a chamber containing deoxidized liquid .
Generally, in a library, a government office, an educational institution, a media institution, a document archive, etc. where a variety of books, magazines, newspapers, and recorded documents are stored, In particular, research is being conducted to prevent old documents or important documents from being altered in the current state.
Causes of deterioration of the document over time include, for example, the fact that the material of the paper making up the document is made of fibers that are susceptible to deterioration, and that foreign matter is necessarily contained in the process of manufacturing the paper, Artificial light, exposure to microorganisms or bacteria, and the like.
Among them, the main reason that the fibrous paper is altered is the acidification by the acidic substance contained in the fibrous material, and the fibrous structure of the paper is destroyed by this acidification, so that it can be easily changed or discolored.
Therefore, in recent years, a document deoxidation apparatus has been developed and used to prevent acidification of a document by using a deoxidized solution. Korean Patent Registration No. 10-0817032 discloses a document deoxidation apparatus filed and registered by the present applicant.
The document deoxidation apparatus has a structure in which the deoxidized liquid introduced into the chamber is recovered and reused due to the high deoxidized liquid. That is, the temperature in the chamber is maintained under a condition that the deoxidized liquid is vaporized, and the deoxidized liquid in the gaseous state is condensed and recovered by using the recovery unit.
However, since the document deoxidation apparatus is not precise in controlling the temperature in the chamber, it has been difficult to keep the temperature in the chamber at a predetermined temperature, and furthermore, a safety accident caused by overheating or cooling of the chamber There is a problem in that a safety accident due to overheating or cooling of the apparatus may occur because the safety means is not provided.
In addition, if the temperature of the chamber falls below a preset temperature, the rate of vaporization of the deoxidized liquid is reduced, and thus the recovery rate of the deoxidized liquid is remarkably reduced, thereby increasing the cost of deoxidizing the document.
Meanwhile, the
Since the deoxidized liquid supplied to the
Therefore, it is preferable to keep the temperature of the
In addition, the

That is, when the internal temperature of the
In other words, when the temperature of the
The
In other words, if the temperature of the
The
Meanwhile, the

In addition, since only the damaged
The reason why the
That is, due to the specific gravity of the deoxidized liquid, a document having been hydraulically pressurized in the

The deoxidized liquid condensed by the
In order to remove the heat of condensation formed in the inner space of the
Then, the recovery operation of the spatially deoxidized liquid is completed on the document placed inside the
Meanwhile, the second recovery step S40 may further include a diffusion step S44.
The diffusing step S44 may be a step of diffusing the hot air supplied to the
Meanwhile, the document deoxidation method using the
The circulation step S5 may be a step of preventing sedimentation of the deoxidized liquid stored in the
The deoxidized liquid discharged from the
The circulation step S5 may be performed before the deoxidized liquid supplying step S20 in which the deoxidized liquid is supplied to the
When the circulation step S5 is performed before the deoxidized liquid supply step S20, the pump P is operated for about 5 minutes to circulate the deoxidized liquid, and after the second collection step S40 It is preferable that the pump P is repeatedly operated for a period of about 8 hours to 9 hours on a daily basis so that the deoxidized liquid circulates so that the
Meanwhile, the second recovery step S40 may be repeated in the same manner again after about 3 to 4 hours. The reason why the second recovery step S40 is repeated after a predetermined period of time is that the deoxidized liquid scattered in the inner space of the

The sensing step S7 may be performed during the deoxidized solution supplying step S20 and the second collecting step S40, and the
