Abstract
The present invention proposes a door reinforced with a metal plate and LVL. More particularly, the present invention relates to a door, and more particularly, to provide a reinforcing structure using a laminated veneer lumber (LVL) and a metal plate to prevent intrusion of the outside, So that the door can be easily machined.
A widely used glassfiber reinforced plastic (GRP) door is generally composed of a pair of door skins molded using SMC (Sheet Molding Compound) and a urethane foam formed between these door skins to be. Here, it is known that the components constituting the SMC used for the molding of the door skin include various components such as glass fiber for strength reinforcement.
Also, as proposed in Korean Patent Laid-Open No. 10-2012-58052, on the front surface of such a GRP door (hereinafter, simply referred to as a door), a pattern or pattern is formed on a front surface of a door It is also common. One of the methods of molding the pattern on the surface of the door, particularly on the exterior skin exposed from the outside of the house, is to form a concave line in the outer skin while forming the contour of the desired pattern or pattern by this line.
However, as described above, forming a concave portion on the outer surface of a door made of an inner skin and an outer skin with a urethane layer interposed therebetween is a drawback that the door strength is substantially lowered. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and it is a main object of the present invention to provide a door that can be structurally reinforced sufficiently.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a door with good processability, such as a separate attachment, for example, in the middle part of the door.
The reinforcement of the structural strength of the present invention can be said to mean that it is possible to substantially prevent the damage of the door for intrusion from the outside substantially, and it has the same meaning as to provide a door that is advantageous from the perspective of crime prevention ultimately can do. The ease of machining a portion of the door means that the structure for attaching a separate attachment such as a mailbox can be easily processed, and that sufficient safety is ensured even if partial processing is performed .

According to another embodiment of the present invention, the reinforcing metal plate is held by being supported by any one of a pair of horizontal frames or a pair of vertical frames. Here, the reinforcing metal plate is preferably provided in the transverse direction, and in this case, the metal plate will be sandwiched and supported between the longitudinal frames of one phase.
According to another embodiment of the present invention, it is possible that both side ends of the reinforcing metal plate are bent with a certain margin, and the bent portion is provided so as to be in surface contact with a pair of the horizontal frames or the vertical frames.
According to another embodiment of the present invention, the reinforcing metal plate is sandwiched and supported between a pair of vertical frames, and the reinforcing wood plate is supported in contact with the upper portion of the metal plate.
In the present invention, it is most preferable that the above-mentioned reinforcing wood panel is constituted by LVL.
The door according to the present invention having the above-described structure is basically constructed by the LVL and the metal plate which are inserted between the inner and outer skins even though the concave portion is formed in the skin forming the surface of the door and thereby the urethane layer becomes thinner , It can be seen that it can have sufficient strength.
That is, according to the present invention, the strength of the concave portion recessed inwards from the surface of the door is reinforced by the metal plate, and the strength of the reinforcing wood is improved by the reinforcing wood made of LVL on the back surface of the flat surface portion of the door surface.
