Description

Door with improved strength < RTI ID = 0.0 >

More particularly, the present invention relates to a door, and more particularly, to provide a reinforcing structure using a laminated veneer lumber (LVL) and a metal plate to prevent intrusion of the outside, So that the door can be easily machined.

A widely used glassfiber reinforced plastic (GRP) door is generally composed of a pair of door skins molded using SMC (Sheet Molding Compound) and a urethane foam formed between these door skins to be. Here, it is known that the components constituting the SMC used for the molding of the door skin include various components such as glass fiber for strength reinforcement.

Also, as proposed in Korean Patent Laid-Open No. 10-2012-58052, on the front surface of such a GRP door (hereinafter, simply referred to as a door), a pattern or pattern is formed on a front surface of a door It is also common. One of the methods of molding the pattern on the surface of the door, particularly on the exterior skin exposed from the outside of the house, is to form a concave line in the outer skin while forming the contour of the desired pattern or pattern by this line.

However, as described above, forming a concave portion on the outer surface of a door made of an inner skin and an outer skin with a urethane layer interposed therebetween is a drawback that the door strength is substantially lowered. Such a door is used as a means for limiting or allowing the entrance of a house. If the strength of the door is lowered, the safety of the door can not be secured in terms of method such as an intrusion from the outside.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and it is a main object of the present invention to provide a door that can be structurally reinforced sufficiently.

Another object of the present invention is to provide a door with good processability, such as a separate attachment, for example, in the middle part of the door.

The reinforcement of the structural strength of the present invention can be said to mean that it is possible to substantially prevent the damage of the door for intrusion from the outside substantially, and it has the same meaning as to provide a door that is advantageous from the perspective of crime prevention ultimately can do. The ease of machining a portion of the door means that the structure for attaching a separate attachment such as a mailbox can be easily processed, and that sufficient safety is ensured even if partial processing is performed .

According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a door comprising: an outer skin and an inner skin having recesses formed concavely at least at one side so as to form a linear shape; A urethane layer formed between the outer skin and the inner skin; A pair of horizontal frames provided between the outer skin and the inner skin in the transverse direction at the upper and lower ends, respectively; And a pair of vertical frames provided at both side ends in the longitudinal direction between the outer skin and the inner skin. A reinforcing metal plate having a plurality of holes through which the urethane filled in the liquid phase passes is provided on the back surface of the skin formed with the concave portion to reinforce the strength weakened by the concave portion . The reinforcing wood plate is provided on the back surface of the skin corresponding to the flat portion formed between the concave portions, thereby enhancing the strength of the flat portion and processing the flat portion.

According to another embodiment of the present invention, the reinforcing metal plate is held by being supported by any one of a pair of horizontal frames or a pair of vertical frames. Here, the reinforcing metal plate is preferably provided in the transverse direction, and in this case, the metal plate will be sandwiched and supported between the longitudinal frames of one phase.

According to another embodiment of the present invention, it is possible that both side ends of the reinforcing metal plate are bent with a certain margin, and the bent portion is provided so as to be in surface contact with a pair of the horizontal frames or the vertical frames.

According to another embodiment of the present invention, the reinforcing metal plate is sandwiched and supported between a pair of vertical frames, and the reinforcing wood plate is supported in contact with the upper portion of the metal plate.

In the present invention, it is most preferable that the above-mentioned reinforcing wood panel is constituted by LVL.

The door according to the present invention having the above-described structure is basically constructed by the LVL and the metal plate which are inserted between the inner and outer skins even though the concave portion is formed in the skin forming the surface of the door and thereby the urethane layer becomes thinner , It can be seen that it can have sufficient strength.

That is, according to the present invention, the strength of the concave portion recessed inwards from the surface of the door is reinforced by the metal plate, and the strength of the reinforcing wood is improved by the reinforcing wood made of LVL on the back surface of the flat surface portion of the door surface. It can be seen that it can have a sufficiently reinforced strength substantially throughout the door. It is expected that reinforcing the strength will ultimately prevent intrusion from the outside, which will have a significant safety advantage.

According to the present invention, a reinforcing plate made of wood is fixed to the rear surface of the flat portion of the door at the middle height of the door. The reinforcing plate substantially reinforces the strength of the entire door, and may improve the workability of the portion where the reinforcing plate is installed. For example, in order to install a separate attachment such as a mail box, the corresponding portion must be machined. The portion where the wood reinforcing plate is installed has a substantially thick thickness, so that it is easy to process, .

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS Fig. 1 is a front view of an example showing a structure of a door according to a first embodiment of the present invention. Fig.
2 is a longitudinal sectional view of a door according to a first embodiment of the present invention.
3 is a cross-sectional view of the door according to the first embodiment of the present invention.
Fig. 4 is a front view of an example showing a structure of a door according to a second embodiment of the present invention. Fig.
5 is a longitudinal sectional view of a door according to a second embodiment of the present invention.

Hereinafter, the door of the present invention will be described in more detail based on the embodiments shown in the drawings. First, a door according to a first embodiment of the present invention shown in Figs. 1 to 3 will be described.

1 to 3, the door according to the present invention includes a pair of door skins 10 and 12 formed using a sheet molding compound (SMC), and a pair of door skins 10 and 12 formed between the door skins 10 and 12 And a urethane layer (16) formed on the substrate. The door skin (10, 12) comprises an outer skin (10) exposed to the outside of the house and an inner skin (12) exposed to the inside of the house.

The pair of skins (10, 12) and the urethane layer (16) are formed with concave portions (14) which are concavely formed when viewed from the inside and the outside. The concave portion 14 is for forming a predetermined pattern or pattern on the front and back surfaces of the door. In the illustrated embodiment, as shown in Fig. 1, it is seen that the concave portion 14, for example, have.

In order to realize such a rectangular pattern, the concave portion 14 is linearly connected to form a quadrangular rim portion. Therefore, it can be seen that the inner and outer sides of the concave portion 14 have planar portions 17 (17a, 17b) having the same planar shape. Here, since the concave portion 14 is a portion where the thickness of the door is substantially thinned, it may be somewhat insufficient in terms of strength.

Therefore, in the present invention, strength reinforcement for the concave portion 14 in which the thickness of the door becomes thin and strength reinforcement in the flat portion 19 (see Fig. 2) formed between the five minute portions 14 are simultaneously performed. A reinforcing metal plate 30 is provided between the skins 10 and 12 corresponding to the back surface of the concave portion 14 in order to reinforce the strength of the concave portion 14, 3, the internal structure can be confirmed.

Here, the metal plate 30 has a plurality of holes (not shown) so that the urethane supplied to the space between the pair of skins 10 and 12 can be uniformly supplied uniformly throughout the skins 10 and 12 to form a foam layer. It is preferable to use a punched hole. That is, in the state where the metal plate 30 is installed, liquid urethane is supplied to foam and solidify between the skins. In the metal plate 300, a plurality of holes through which the liquid urethane can pass are formed.

1, the reinforcement metal plate 30 and the reinforcing wood plate 20 are shown by solid lines in order to more clearly show the construction of the reinforcing metal plate 30 and the reinforcing wood plate 20. However, Since it is installed on the inner surface of the housing 10,

Generally, when a door is manufactured using the inner skin 10 and the outer skin 12, a urethane layer 16 is formed inside the pair of skins 10, It is natural that a frame member surrounding the outer edge portion of the skins 10, 12 is interposed between the skins 10, 12.

Fig. 2 shows a pair of horizontal frames 18 arranged horizontally in the upper and lower horizontal portions of the door. Fig. 3 shows a pair of vertical frames 19) are installed. In the illustrated embodiment, the transverse frame 18 includes an outer transverse frame 18a which is most outwardly formed to be made of a synthetic resin material so as to prevent penetration of moisture, And an inner horizontal frame 18b made of wood (for example, LVL) installed in a contact state with the inner frame 18b.

As can be seen from Fig. 3, the vertical frame 19, which is installed in the longitudinal direction at both lateral ends of the door, is provided with an outer side frame 19a for preventing penetration of moisture, And an inner vertical frame 18b made of wood (for example, LVL) installed in contact with the inner surface of the vertical frame 19a. Here, the reinforcing metal plate 30 is preferably supported in contact with the inner surface of the vertical frame 18.

That is, the reinforcing metal plate 30 is supported between the pair of skins 10 and 12, and it is preferable that the reinforcement metal plate 30 can maintain a predetermined position sufficiently corresponding to the pressure of the supplied urethane. Therefore, it is preferable that the lateral outer side of the reinforcing metal plate 30 be supported in contact with the inner side surface of the vertical frame 19, and if necessary, the end of the reinforcing metal plate 30 It is also preferable to bend the bending portion at a predetermined angle with respect to the longitudinal direction at a margin of about 90 degrees so that the bent portion can be in surface contact with the vertical frame 19. [

As can be seen from FIG. 3, the reinforcing metal plate 30 is slightly bent, which is inserted between the vertical frames 19, so that a slight curvature is produced. When the metal plate 30 is configured to be supported between the vertical frames 19, the reinforcing metal plate 30 does not flow in the lateral direction due to the pressure when the urethane is filled, Can be obtained.

In the illustrated embodiment, it can be seen that the reinforcing metal plate 30 is installed transversely at the central portion of the door. In fact, at this portion, the recess 14 is most concentrated It is a formed part. In addition, considering the case of external intrusion or the like, the middle portion of the door is the most vulnerable. Therefore, it is most preferable that the reinforcement metal plate 30 is embedded in these portions to reinforce the strength.

However, it is sufficient if the metal plate 30 according to the present invention has a plurality of holes through which the urethane can pass and is provided substantially on the back side of the concave portion 14 of the door skin 10, 12 And can not be limited by the position of the embodiment as shown in Figs. 1-3.

Next, the reinforcing wood panel 20 installed on the flat portion 17 formed between the concave portions 14 in the present invention will be described. The reinforcing wood panel 20 is preferably made of LVL (Laminated Veneer Lumber) in terms of strength, but it need not be limited to this embodiment.

The reinforcing wood panel 20 is preferably positioned between the concave portions 14 in a position-maintaining manner. As in the embodiment shown in Fig. 2, the reinforcing wood panel 20 has a pair of concave portions (14). Further, it is preferable that the reinforcing wood plate 20 is provided so as to be in contact with the above-described metal plate 30 in the vertical relationship, in terms of position maintenance.

For example, referring to FIGS. 2 and 3, it is preferable that the reinforcing wood panel 20 is supported on the upper portion of the metal plate 30. In this case, The metal plate 30 sandwiched between and supported by the vertical frame 19 of the reinforcing wood panel 20 can more firmly support the reinforcing wood panel 20 and maintains the accurate position of the pressure of the filled urethane It will be advantageous. Even in such a case, the reinforcing wood panel 20 can be supported by the concave portion 14 which is recessed in front of the skin 10 and convexly formed on the back surface of the skin 10 It is expected to be more preferable.

According to the embodiment of the reinforcing wood panel 20 of the present invention, as shown in Figs. 1 and 2, one reinforcing wood panel 20 is installed laterally in the middle portion of the door . It is natural that the middle portion of such a door is a portion that needs reinforcement of strength in particular, and it is a portion where external attachments are installed if necessary. For example, a mailbox may be provided on the front surface of the door where the reinforcing wood panel 20 is installed.

In such a case, by fixing the reinforcing wood panel 20 to the rear surface of the outer skin 10 of the door, it is expected that it will be very convenient to form such a supporting structure such as a mailbox by temporarily processing such a portion. The reinforcing wood panel 20 in the present invention need not be limited to the positions shown in Figs. 1 and 2, but may be provided between the concave portions 14 and fixed by the urethane layer 16 It is enough.

For example, the reinforcing wood panel 20 can be installed at the upper portion of the door as viewed from the front of the door as well as at the lower portion thereof. Also, as shown in the figure, it may be provided so as to have a length in the lateral direction, but it may be provided so as to have a predetermined length in the longitudinal direction. It is also clear that the reinforcing wood panel 20 may be composed of a plurality of pieces, and it is expected that it is preferable to form the reinforcing wood panel 20 with LVL among the woods as mentioned above.

4 and 5, in addition to the metal plate 30 as described above, another reinforcement metal (not shown) is provided at a position corresponding to the upper portion of the reinforcing wood panel 20 in the transverse direction It can be seen that the plate 40 is provided. The self-configuration and the installation structure of the reinforcing metal plate 40 are the same as those of the above-described metal plate 30. The configuration of this embodiment is the same as the above-described embodiment except that one metal plate 40 is further added , And redundant description will be omitted.

As described above, the door according to the present invention reinforces the strength of the door by using the metal plate 30 on the back surface of the concave portion 14 where strength can be a problem, and is formed between the concave portions 14 It is understood that the reinforcing wood board 20 such as LVL is used to reinforce the planar part. If the reinforcing wood panel 20 is applied to the middle portion of the door, a structure for attaching other attachments to the door can be easily made, and the strength reduction can be sufficiently prevented.

While the present invention has been particularly shown and described with reference to exemplary embodiments thereof, it is to be understood that the invention is not limited to the disclosed exemplary embodiments, but, on the contrary, is intended to cover various modifications and equivalent arrangements included within the spirit and scope of the appended claims. It should be construed that it is reasonable in the jurisprudence of the patent law.
