Description

LED Media Façade {LED MEDIA FACADE}

The present invention relates to an LED media facade, and more particularly, to an LED media facade installed on an outer wall of a building or an indoor space.

Recently, as the interest of the public on the design of the city has increased, the media facade that implements the media functions on the outer wall and the interior of the building has been attracting attention.

FIG. 1 is a view illustrating a method of forming a film-like circuit having transparent electrodes between pair glasses and connecting a plurality of LEDs with a matrix, according to an embodiment of the media facade according to the related art.

Since the media facade of this type is manufactured like a large pair glass of a building, it is difficult to connect the electronic circuit of the transparent electrode at the time of installation because it is installed at the time of construction, and it is almost impossible to perform maintenance immediately. There is a problem in that the glass needs to be replaced entirely from outside.

2 shows another embodiment of a media facade according to the prior art, which includes a support 1400, a wire 1200, and a light emitting unit 1100. A wire 1200 is fixed to the support base 1400 and a light emitting unit 1100 is installed on the wire 1200. The light emitting unit 1100 outputs light.

This type of media façade allows for maintenance work outdoors, but it lacks transparency and has a rugged foreign body on the outdoor side making it inconvenient to clean.

In addition, the synthetic resin panel may be formed with elongated grooves at predetermined intervals, and the wire LEDs may be disposed in the grooves.

The cross section of the groove may be a rectangular shape or an arc shape.

A cutting board having a thickness equal to or greater than the thickness of the wire LED is disposed between adjacent wire LEDs, and the cutting board is bonded to the synthetic resin panel.

In addition, an apertured plate is further provided between the glass and the synthetic resin panel, a groove is formed at a predetermined interval on one side of the apertured plate, and the wire LED is disposed in the groove.

The synthetic resin panel is in the form of a film or a plate.

In addition, the synthetic resin panel may be formed such that the thickness of the edge portion of the synthetic resin panel, which is disposed at the outermost periphery of the wire LED, is thicker than the thickness of the area to which the wire LED is attached.

The synthetic resin panel may further include: first and second panels forming a rim extending out of the wire LED disposed at the outermost periphery; And a third panel disposed in a region to which the wire LED is attached.

According to the present invention, when the wire LED needs to be replaced or replaced, the wire LED can be replaced only by removing the synthetic resin panel from the glass, which is very easy to maintain, and the transparency can be significantly improved have.

The media facade according to the first embodiment of the present invention includes a glass 310, a synthetic resin panel 320, a groove 330, and a wire LED 340. The synthetic resin panel 320 is formed with an elongated trench 330 at predetermined intervals. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the groove 330 has a rectangular cross-section, the depth of the groove 330 is approximately 1 mm, and the width of the groove 330 is approximately 1 mm. Further, according to another embodiment of the present invention, the cross section of the groove 330 may have a semicircular or circular shape with a diameter of approximately 1 mm.

The wire LED 340 is accommodated in the groove 330. A power line is connected to one end of the wire LED 340 and a data cable is connected to the other end of the wire LED 340. [ The wire LEDs 340 are arranged in the horizontal direction, but it is not limited thereto, and it is natural that the wire LEDs 340 may be arranged in the vertical direction.

According to an embodiment of the present invention, a wire LED 340 is accommodated in a groove 330 formed in a synthetic resin panel 320 and a double-sided adhesive tape or adhesive is applied to the edges of the glass 310 and the synthetic resin panel 320 The glass 310 and the synthetic resin panel 320 can be combined with each other.
