Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a segmented plate assembly for bone joining. More particularly, the present invention relates to a segmented plate assembly for bone joining that connects a plurality of segmented plates to a shape of a fractured bone.
If the bones of a human body are injured by trauma, it is most common to perform a plate (or plate) fixation using fracture treatment plates to join the bones.
Plate fixation is a surgical procedure for restoring a fractured bone to its original position and angle, placing a plate for fracture treatment, and fastening the fractured bone by fastening the fractured bone plate with a screw.
In order to improve the success rate and accuracy of the operation, it is very important to select a plate suitable for the position and shape of the fracture site.
However, most of the plates to be supplied are rectilinear rectangles, which differ only in thickness and length.
On the other hand, the bones of the human body are slightly bent at a specific angle depending on the male and female or physical characteristics, and the bones protrude stoutly around the joints.
When a straight plate is used at the fracture site due to the shape of the bone, the plate is slightly protruded above or below the bone.
In the operating room, a rectangular plate is bended or warped when a pelvic bone, which is a cylindrical bone except the iliac bone, or an S-shaped clavicle, is operated.
However, this method requires a long operation time and has a limitation in realizing the plate to perfectly match the shape and the shape of the fracture site.
In order to solve this problem, an assembly for connecting the plates of the cut type to the steel wires has been proposed to form the length and shape of the plate similar to the shape of the fractured bone. However, this is because the connection between the plates is made only by the steel wire, so that the joined state of the bones is not firmly maintained.
In addition, in order to remove or replace the intermediate plate after the steel wire is fastened, it is necessary to remove the entire steel wire and then fasten the steel wire again. .
In order to solve the above-described problems, the present invention provides a bone plate assembly for bone joining, which is capable of firmly maintaining a joint state of a fractured bone and capable of removing or replacing an intermediate plate even after the fastening of the steel wire is completed The purpose is to provide.

At this time, the first female connection portion and the second female connection portion have a cylindrical shape, which is a cylindrical shape passing through the side; And a neck insertion portion formed in a slit shape in front of the female connection portion so that the outer circumferential surface of the female space communicates with the outside.
In addition, the male connector may include a joint bar inserted into the female-type space, and a neck inserted between the connector body and the joint bar.
In addition, the female type space and the male type connecting portion inserted into the neck insertion portion are spaced apart from the female type space and the neck insertion portion.
Further, the height of the neck insertion portion is smaller than the diameter of the joint bar.
In addition, both ends of the steel wire are fixed to the neck insertion part by being pressed by the neck insertion part.
