When necessary, appropriate pigments, hardeners, etc. are mixed and uniformly melted and mixed. The powder bodies are cooled, Means a powdery coating composed of only particles having a predetermined range of particle size.

상기 분체도료를 이용한 분체도장은 도막의 물성이 우수하고 용제형 도료에 비해 작업자의 숙련도를 크게 요하지 않으며 내충격성 등이 우수하여 건축, 가전 및 자동차 산업 등 여러 분야에 널리 이용되고 있다. 이러한 분체도장은 정전 스프레이 도장법, 유동 침적법 및 정전 유동 침적법 등에 의해 피도장 물체에 실시될 수 있다.Powder coating using the above powder coating is excellent in physical properties of a coating film and does not require much skill of a worker compared to a solvent type paint and is excellent in impact resistance and is widely used in various fields such as construction, household appliance and automobile industry. FIG. 5 is a schematic view showing a principle in which a hammer tone texture and visibility are realized by the powder coating composition according to the present invention. As shown in the figure, the hammer tone texture realized by the composition according to the present invention is caused by the difference in surface tension between the base resin 100 and the pattern forming agent 110 included in the composition, (Cratering) phenomenon is reversed to form a coated surface having a rough surface but not a smooth coated surface.

또한, 빛(200)이 상기 조성물에 조사되는 경우 우수한 반사 기능을 가진 글래스비드(120), 형광 및 축광안료(130)에 의해 주간뿐만 아니라 야간에도 시인성이 확보된다.When the light 200 is irradiated to the composition, visibility is ensured not only in the daytime but also in the nighttime by the glass bead 120, fluorescent and phosphorescent pigment 130 having an excellent reflection function.

본 발명의 일 실시예로서 베이스 수지로 폴리에테르술폰 수지를 사용하는 경우 상기 폴리에테르술폰 수지의 표면장력은 43dyne/cm 이고, 무늬형성제로 셀룰로오스 아세테이트 부틸레이트(CAB)를 사용하는 경우 상기 CAB의 표면장력은 34dyne/cm 인 바 표면장력의 차이로 인한 분화구 현상을 역이용함으로써 해머톤을 구현할 수 있다.
In the case of using a polyethersulfone resin as the base resin, the surface tension of the polyethersulfone resin is 43 dyne / cm. When cellulose acetate butyrate (CAB) is used as a pattern forming agent, the surface of the CAB The hammer tone can be realized by reversing the crater phenomenon due to the difference in the surface tension of the bar having a tension of 34 dyne / cm.

이하, 실시예를 통하여 본 발명을 더욱 상세히 설명하고자 한다. 이들 실시예는 오로지 본 발명을 예시하기 위한 것으로서, 본 발명의 범위가 이들 실시예에 의해 제한되는 것으로 해석되지 않는 것은 당 업계에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자에게 있어서 자명할 것이다.
