Abstract

The present invention discloses a rotary valve device and a quenching device having the same. The rotary valve device comprises: a valve housing having an inner part opened in a height direction; an impeller installed so as to be rotated about an axis in the longitudinal direction at the inside of the valve housing; and a sealing means mounted to seal between an end of the impeller and an inner circumferential surface of the valve housing, and formed so that at least a part thereof rotates with the impeller. Therefore, the present invention improves airtightness and durability and is easy to maintenance.
