Abstract

본 발명에 따른 조립식 망상 충진판을 가진 자가 세정 폐가스 처리 장치는, 세정액을 이용하여 폐가스 덕트로부터 공급되는 폐가스를 정화 처리하기 위한 폐가스 처리 장치에 있어서, 상기 폐가스가 유입되는 유입구와 상기 폐가스가 배출되는 배출구를 가지는 몸체; 상기 몸체 내부에 배치되고, 상기 세정액을 이용하여 상기 폐가스를 처리할 수 있는 하나 이상의 가스 처리 필터부; 상기 세정액을 분사하는 하나 이상의 노즐을 가지는 복수의 분사관; 상기 몸체 내부에 배치되고, 상기 폐가스의 수분을 포집하여 제거하기 위한 데미스터; 상기 몸체 하부에 형성되어 상기 세정액을 포집할 수 있는 저수조; 및 상기 배출구의 후단에 배치되어 상기 폐가스를 강제 유동시킬 수 있는 배기팬을 포함하고, 상기 가스 처리 필터부 내에는 홀수단 조립식 망상 충진판과 짝수단 조립식 망상 충진판이 교번적으로 배치될 수 있다.
