Abstract
Disclosed is a sprinkler head device capable of height-adjusting the height of a ceiling. The present invention relates to a sprinkler head, A connection pipe threadedly coupled to the sprinkler head to guide fire water into the sprinkler head and having an external thread on a part thereof; A distribution pipe having one end of the connection pipe inserted therein to guide the fire water into the connection pipe and having external threads; A height adjusting nut having a first thread portion engaged with an external thread of the coupling tube and a second thread portion engaged with an external thread of the distribution pipe; And a grip ring inserted through a through hole formed in the height adjusting nut so as to prevent rotation of the height adjusting nut and inserted into an external thread of the connecting pipe.
Description
The present invention relates to a sprinkler head device capable of height-adjustable corresponding to the height of a ceiling.
Generally, with the advantage of initial digestion, high-rise buildings, high-rise apartments, theaters, and department stores are required to install sprinklers by fire brigade. The basic requirements for such sprinklers are specified in KSBISO 6182-1 to KSBISO 6182-1.
The sprinklers are classified into various types according to the shape of the heat insulating body, the shape of water distribution, the installation position, the sensitivity characteristic and the special use. Basically, a heat sensing body for sensing heat is assembled and the heat sensing body is automatically operated at a predetermined temperature Thereby opening the orifice so that it is designed to automatically emit a specified amount of water and a spray pattern embodied throughout the design area.
In addition, the sprinkler is constructed such that the sprinkler head is connected to the water supply pipe through a pipe fitting. Since the height of the space formed on the ceiling is different for each structure, the length should be designed to be adjustable in the upward and downward directions.
However, in the conventional sprinkler head device, the inner barrel has to be inserted from the upper side to the lower side of the outer barrel in order to screw the outer barrel and the inner barrel. For this purpose, the lower outer diameter of the inner barrel is formed smaller than the inner diameter of the outer barrel . In addition, since a stop ring for stopping the upward movement of the outer barrel must be fitted to the lower portion of the inner barrel, it is inevitable to form a groove in the lower outer diameter of the inner barrel. In order to move the inner barrel up and down, It is necessary to cut out a part of the lower outer diameter because it is necessary to make the tool fastening portion into a polygonal shape on the lower side outer diameter.
Accordingly, since the lower portion of the inner barrel, which is made to have a mechanical structure and a thickness that is hard to withstand the physical assembly pressure, becomes thinner due to the engagement of the sprinkler head, the inner barrel is damaged In addition, there was a problem that the binding site pops up due to the strong pressure of the fire water.
Here, the inner barrel is made thin in thickness because the outer barrel used in the fire extinguishing system, the sprinkler head, etc. are standard screws, so that the inner diameter of the inner barrel can not be made to an arbitrary size. When replacing the sprinkler head according to the occurrence of defects, the sprinkler head is separated from the inner barrel, the outer barrel is separated from the water supply pipe, the detent ring fitted to the inner barrel is peeled off, It is necessary to perform a series of operations to release the engagement between the outer barrel and the inner barrel.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION It is an object of the present invention to solve the above-mentioned problems, and to solve the above problems, it is an object of the present invention to provide a method of inserting a connecting tube into an elbow tube, And to provide a sprinkler head device which can be adjusted in height by fixing.
In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the present invention provides a sprinkler head, in which a fire water is sprayed while an interior is opened during a fire; A connection pipe threadedly coupled to the sprinkler head to guide fire water into the sprinkler head and having an external thread on a part thereof; A distribution pipe having one end of the connection pipe inserted therein to guide the fire water into the connection pipe and having external threads; A height adjusting nut having a first thread portion engaged with an external thread of the coupling tube and a second thread portion engaged with an external thread of the distribution pipe; And a grip ring inserted through a through hole formed in the height adjusting nut so as to prevent rotation of the height adjusting nut and inserted into an external thread of the connecting pipe.
Preferably, the outer surface of the sprinkler head has an enlarged diameter enlarged portion so that the height adjusting nut can no longer move.
Preferably, the height adjusting nut is provided such that the outer diameter of the first screw portion is smaller than the outer diameter of the second screw portion.
delete
Preferably, the grip ring includes: an inlet portion that is cut open from one end; And a restricting portion extending from the inlet portion to have a greater width than the inlet portion and penetrating the through hole and restricting an external thread of the connection pipe.
According to another aspect of the present invention, there is provided a sprinkler head comprising: A connection pipe threadedly coupled to the sprinkler head to guide fire water into the sprinkler head and having an external thread on a part thereof; A distribution pipe having one end of the connection pipe inserted therein to guide the fire water into the connection pipe and having external threads; A height adjusting nut having a first thread portion engaged with an external thread of the coupling tube and a second thread portion engaged with an external thread of the distribution pipe; And a stop ring having an inner diameter smaller than an inner diameter of the end of the distribution pipe and inserted into the height adjustment nut and engaged with an outer surface screw of the connection pipe.
Preferably, the stop ring is partially cut open.
The present invention as described above has the following effects.
Since the sprinkler head connecting pipe is assembled with the elbow pipe, the height is adjusted by the height adjusting nut, and then the height is fixed by using the grip ring or the stop ring.
