상기 개인용 무인 보관함은 상기 배송인의 조작에 의해 상기 배송인 승인번호를 입력받고, 입력받은 배송인 승인번호가 상기 개인용 무인 보관함에 의해 생성된 코드에 포함된 배송인 승인번호와 일치하면 보관함 본체의 도어에 대해 잠금 설정하거나 잠금 해제하는 것을 특징으로 하는 개인용 무인 보관함을 이용한 우편/택배 관리 시스템.
