Description

Cleaning Broom {Broomstick for cleaning}

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a cleaning broom, and more particularly, to a manufacturing technique of a cleaning broom.

The cleaning broom has a very simple configuration. That is, the ordinary broom generally comprises a bag portion for the user to hold by hand, and a comb portion for combing the comb portion and the comb portion to which the comb elements are bundled in a bundle for sweeping the object at the lower end of the bag portion . The structure of the broom is very simple as described above, but the structure for bonding the comb member to the bag portion is often not robust.

Will be described with reference to Fig. 1 is a photograph showing an existing cleaning broom. In the photograph of FIG. 1, the leftmost broom is a configuration in which the comb members are widely spread in a line, and it is relatively easy to firmly fix the comb members. The broom on the rightmost side is a form in which a plurality of comb members are arranged around a bag and the comb members are bundled and fixed by a string, and the comb members are easily separated from the bundle and are not rigid.

The most widely used form for industrial use is the second placed broom on the left. In the case of this broom, a concave socket (blue part) is attached to the end of the bag, and the comb members are inserted and fixed in the socket. In order to fix the comb teeth members to the socket, the inserting members are inserted into the socket and the adhesive is injected from the bottom into the inside of the socket. However, since the upper portion of the socket is clogged, the manufacturer has a problem that it is difficult to grasp whether the comb members are correctly inserted to the inner upper end of the socket and whether or not the upper ends of the comb member are correctly joined to each other.

In addition, the comb-like member, which is not inserted deeply into the upper portion of the comb-like members, easily slips out of the bundle, and when several comb-like members are escaped from the bundle, the entire bundle is loosened to accelerate the disengagement of the other comb- It is a cause of poor durability and quality problems. In order to solve these problems, there are constitutions for separately inserting the comb teeth members, but the configuration is complicated and the manufacturing process becomes complicated.

Further, in order to adopt a sophisticated configuration, the comb teeth members must be manufactured to have the same thickness and size, and therefore, it is preferable to use the industrial tooth comb material manufactured using a mold rather than using natural materials such as stem or coconut tree There are also limitations of choice.

Meanwhile, as shown in FIG. 2, there is a form in which the shape of the comb teeth can be changed so that the comb teeth are spread widely so as to sweep a large area at a time or narrowly gather the comb teeth to use a narrow area such as a corner. For reference, the broom shown in Fig. 2 was developed by the present applicant.

2, the comb teeth members 1 are fixed by the bands 3 and 4 in a state of being fitted in the recessed socket 2. And the bag (5) The lower support plate 6 pushes the comb tooth member 1 so that the comb tooth members spread widely and when the support plate 6 moves downward, the comb tooth members 1 are gathered and become narrow .

When manufacturing the above-described broom, the bag 5 is inserted into the socket 2 first. Then, the comb teeth (1) are inserted into the socket (2) while the comb teeth (1) are arranged around the bag (5). The inner surface of the socket 2 is coated with an adhesive in advance. Then, in a state where the comb teeth members 1 are inserted into the socket 2, the comb teeth are turned upside down so that the comb teeth members come up, and then the comb teeth are smeared and the adhesive is applied to the comb tooth upper part (socket side). Alternatively, the adhesive is applied to the comb member in advance and then inserted. The manufacturer has a problem in that it is difficult to accurately grasp whether the comb teeth members 1 are inserted to the end of the socket 2 and whether or not the adhesives have penetrated accurately to the upper end of the comb tooth member 1. [

Such a problem can not guarantee the bonding force of the comb member, and is a result of a decrease in the durability of the product.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION It is an object of the present invention to provide a cleaning broom having improved combability and firmness of a comb to enhance durability and easy manufacturing process, thereby improving economy and mass productivity.

According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a cleaning broom including: a tubular housing having an upper end and a lower end opened; A central rod formed in a hollow shape and disposed at a central portion of the housing to form an annular space between the inner peripheral surface of the housing and the inner peripheral surface of the housing; A plurality of comb teeth members inserted and fixed in the annular space portion inside the housing to sweep the object to be cleaned; And a connecting member detachably coupled to the upper portion of the housing to close the open upper end of the housing and having a hollow connecting rod communicating with the central rod.

According to the present invention, it is preferable to further include a bar-shaped bag which is elongated in one direction so as to be held by a user and which is engaged with the connecting rod and the central rod.

In one embodiment of the present invention, the arrangement angle of the comb teeth members is adjustable between a first posture in which the comb tooth members are arranged in parallel with the bag and a second posture in which the comb teeth are crossed with the bag.

For example, in an embodiment of the present invention, the support may further include a support plate coupled to a lower end of the bag and having a cross-sectional area wider than a cross-sectional area of the bag, the bag being inserted into the connection rod and the central rod, When the bag is moved to the lower portion of the comb tooth member, the comb tooth member is moved to the first posture, and when the bag is moved to the upper portion of the comb tooth member, the comb tooth member is pushed outward by the support plate, .

The connection rod has a male thread formed on an outer circumferential surface of the connecting rod, and a screw portion is formed on an upper portion of the male thread of the connecting rod so that the diameter gradually decreases. The connecting rod is formed into a hollow tubular shape and is screwed to the connecting rod, Further comprising a coupling body having a female thread formed on an inner circumferential surface thereof and extending from the female thread and having an inner diameter narrower than that of the throttling portion so that when the coupling body is screwed to the coupling rod, So that the connecting rod is tightly coupled to the bag.

In addition, in one embodiment of the present invention, a hollow protrusion is provided on the back surface of the support plate, and the protrusion is fitted into the bag, and a male thread is formed on the outer surface of the protrusion, a female thread is formed on an inner circumferential surface of the center rod, And the support plate are coupled to each other by screwing.

In particular, according to an embodiment of the present invention, there is further provided a plurality of cradles extending along the radial direction from the upper portion of the central rod so that the central rod is supported by the housing, . More specifically, on the upper portion of the housing, a groove portion into which the cradle is fitted is formed.

The cleaning broom according to the present invention can change the mode between the wide mode in which the comb members are spread widely and the narrow mode in which the comb members are gathered in accordance with the object and condition to be cleaned, There is an advantage.

Particularly, according to the present invention, a structure in which the comb between the comb member and the bag, which is the most important factor in durability of the broom, can be firmly adopted. Through such a modified structure, the manufacturer can firmly connect the comb teeth, the comb teeth, and the comb teeth members to each other and visually confirm whether they are firmly coupled to each other, thereby reducing defects in the product.

By changing the structure so as to visually confirm whether or not the comb member is engaged in the manufacturing process of the broom, the defect rate of the product can be drastically reduced even in the case of mass production of the broom.

Hereinafter, a cleaning broom according to the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

FIG. 3A is a schematic exploded perspective view of a cleaning broom according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 3B is a schematic sectional view of a main part in a state where FIG. 4 is a schematic sectional view of the cleaning broom in a narrow mode state according to the present invention, and FIG. 5 is a schematic sectional view after the cleaning broom shown in FIG. 4 is changed in a wide mode state.

Referring to the drawings, a cleaning broom 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a bag 10, a comb 50, and a conversion unit.

The bag 10 is formed into a long bar shape in one direction so that the bag 10 can be held by the user's hand. The length of the bag 10 may vary depending on the use. For the purpose of outdoor use such as a road, a yard, or a square, a bag is formed long, but when it is used for an indoor space, the bag 10 is relatively short. Although the bag 10 is made of a regular wood material as in the first embodiment, it may be made of a hollow material having a hollow interior using a plastic material. However, in another embodiment of the present invention, a bag is not necessarily required. That is, in the present invention, since the connecting rod 42 to be described later can serve as a bag that can be held by the user, the bag can be replaced with the connecting rod 42 without using a separate bag when used in an indoor space.

The comb teeth (50) have a structure in which a plurality of comb teeth (51) are bundled as a sweeping object. The comb tooth member 51 has a length of several tens of cm and a thickness of about several millimeters, and is formed to be thin and long. A plurality of comb teeth members (51) are coupled to the bag (10).

The conventional combs 51 are made of sycamore wood, plastic, bamboo and the like. In the present invention, the above-mentioned materials can be used, but they are characterized in that coconut tree branches are used.

There are two advantages to using coconut trees. Above all, coconut trees are more resistant to abrasion than other kinds of trees, and are excellent in elasticity and suitable for use as combs. That is, in case of bamboo or bamboo material, the strength and abrasion resistance of the bamboo material deteriorate. Therefore, when the bamboo material is used for a certain period of time, the portion of the bamboo material abutting on the ground is worn out shortly, which is short in use. However, the coconut tree has a high abrasion resistance and can be used for a long time.

Coconut trees are also more elastic than other trees. The comb member should be able to maintain an elastic tension greater than a certain level while being warped. That is, when the user touches the broom against the ground, the comb teeth are bent and the contact area with the ground surface is widened, and the comb teeth are pressed by the elastic force in the pressed state. However, if the strength of the comb tooth member is too strong, it will not bend well and will repel, which makes the cleaning work strong and the cleaning efficiency low. The coconut wood material has optimum conditions as the comb tooth member 51 in resistance to abrasion and elasticity.

Since coconut trees are cultivated extensively in Southeast Asian countries such as the Philippines and Indonesia, they can be economically provided compared to plastic, bamboo, and siberian trees. The above-mentioned advantages are the reason why the coconut wood material is used as the comb tooth member in the present invention.

Although the conventional broom is completed by merely bonding comb members to the lower end of the bag, in the present invention, an important feature is that it is possible to change the posture between the wide mode in which the comb portion 50 is spread widely and the narrow mode in which the comb portion is narrowly narrowed . In the present invention, a conversion unit is provided for this purpose.

The conversion unit is configured such that the first posture in which the lower end portions of the comb tooth members 51 are collected toward the center of the bag 10 and the second posture in which the lower end portions of the comb tooth members 51 are widened outward from the center of the bag 10, Thereby enabling the posture of the members 51 to be changed.

In this embodiment, the conversion unit comprises a support plate 21, a housing 30, a central rod 35, a connecting member 40, and a coupling body 47.

The support plate (21) is coupled to the lower end of the bag (10). The cross-sectional area of the support plate 21 is formed wider than the cross-sectional area of the bag 10. In this embodiment, the support plate 21 is formed in a disc shape or preferably in a corrugated shape. Since the radius of the support plate 21 is larger than that of the bag 10, the support plate 21 is installed so as to protrude from the bag 10. However, the shape of the support plate is not limited to a circular shape, but may be a polygonal shape including a rectangle, an elliptical shape, or the like.

A hollow protrusion 27 is formed on the rear surface of the support plate 21 so as to be convex. Here, the hollow shape includes not only a tubular shape in which the front and rear surfaces of the protruding portion are both open, but also a concave groove is formed in the inside in a form that the front surface is closed by the support plate 21. [ In this embodiment, the projecting portion 27 is formed as a concave groove portion. The bag 10 is fitted and fixed to the projecting portion 27 so that the support plate 21 and the bag 10 are coupled to each other. In the present embodiment, a thread 28 is formed on the outer circumferential surface of the projection 27.

The housing 30 has a hollow tube shape, and both the upper surface and the lower surface are opened. A male thread 31 is formed on the upper surface of the outer circumference. A groove 32 is formed in the upper end of the housing 30 in a concave shape. The groove portions 32 are arranged symmetrically with respect to the housing 30 at an angular interval of 90 [deg.].

A central rod 35 is disposed in the housing 30. The central rod 35 is hollow and tubular in shape, and its diameter is much smaller than the housing 30. In this embodiment, the central rod 35 is disposed coaxially with the housing 30, and an annular space is formed between the outer circumferential surface of the central rod 35 and the inner circumferential surface of the housing 30. The comb tooth members 51 are inserted and fixed to the space portion.

The central rod 35 is fixed to the housing 30. In this embodiment, a holder 36 is provided on the upper portion of the central rod 35 to fix the central rod 35 to the housing 30. For example, the cradle 36 extends horizontally in the radial direction from four points on the upper end of the central rod 35, respectively. The ends of the holder 36 are fitted into the respective groove portions 32 of the housing 30 so that the center bar 35 can be supported by the housing 30.

In this embodiment, the housing and the central rod are described as being assembled and assembled as separate members. However, in other embodiments, the housing and the central rod may be integrally formed. Even when the central rod 35 is mounted on the housing 30, the upper end of the housing 30 remains open at portions other than the holder 36.

A female thread 37 is formed on the lower surface of the inner circumference of the central rod 35. The female thread 37 is threaded with a thread 28 formed on the outer circumferential surface of the projection 27 of the support plate 21 so that the bag 10 can be fixedly and positionally coupled. That is, the inner diameter of the lower end of the central rod 30 is formed to be larger than that of the bag 10, the female thread 37 is formed on the inner peripheral surface thereof, and the projecting portion 27 of the support plate 21 is fitted to the lower end of the bag 10 A thread 28 is formed on the outer circumferential surface of the projection 27. The support plate 21 is screwed to the central rod 35 so that the bag 10 coupled with the support plate 21 is fixed in position. Of course, by releasing the thread engagement, the bag 10 is again slidable with respect to the central rod 35. However, the coupling between the support plate 21 and the central rod 35 is not limited to the screw coupling method, and various configurations can be employed, which can firmly couple or separate the support plate 21 and the central rod 35 . In addition to a structure in which male threads are formed on the outer circumferential surface of the projecting portion and female threads are formed on the inner circumferential surface of the center rod, male threads are formed on the outer circumferential surface of the central rod through structural modification, annular members are provided on the projecting portions, .

On the other hand, the connecting member 40 has a lid 41 and a connecting rod 42.

The cover 41 is detachably coupled to the top of the housing 30 to close the open top surface of the housing 30. [ In the present embodiment, female threads 43 are formed on the inner peripheral surface of the lid 41 and are screwed to the male thread 31 on the outer peripheral surface of the housing 30. In this embodiment, the lid 41 and the housing 30 are coupled in a screw-tight manner, but in other embodiments, the two members may be detachably coupled to each other using a different mechanical configuration.

The connecting rod 42 has a hollow tube shape and is open at the upper and lower surfaces and is formed to extend upward from the center of the upper surface of the lid 41. Since the central rod 35 is disposed coaxially in the housing 30, the connecting rod 42 is in communication with the central rod 35. A male thread 44 is formed on the central outer circumferential surface of the connecting rod 42. A throttle portion 45 is formed on the upper portion of the male thread 44. The throttle portion 45 forms the upper portion of the connecting rod 42, and is formed in a tapered shape in such a manner that its outer diameter gradually decreases. A slit 46 is formed in the tightening portion 45 along the longitudinal direction (longitudinal direction of the bag). A plurality of slits 46 are formed along the circumferential direction of the tightening portion 45.

In this embodiment, a coupling body 47 is provided which is coupled to the connecting rod 42. The joining body 47 is for fixing the housing 30, the central rod 35 and the connecting member 40 to the bag 10 as a whole. That is, the housing 30 and the central rod 35 are coupled to each other, and the central rod 35 is fitted into the bag 10. And the lid 41 of the connecting member 40 is engaged with the housing 30 and the connecting rod 42 is fitted into the bag 10. That is, the housing 30, the central rod 35, and the connecting member 40 are all engaged, and the combined whole is fitted into the bag 10 and is slidable. The coupling body 47 is formed in a hollow shape and is fitted in the bag 10 and is screwed to the connecting rod 42 and fixes and fixes the connecting rod 42 to the bag 10. More specifically, a female thread 48 is formed on the inner peripheral surface of the lower end of the coupling body 47 so that the male thread 44 of the connecting rod 42 can be screwed and separated. A pressing portion 49 extending upward from the female thread 48 is formed in the coupling body 47.

6 and 7, the tightening portion 45 of the connecting rod 42 is tapered so that it gradually decreases from the thickness indicated by the dotted line k to the thickness indicated by the dotted line p in the drawing. The inner diameter of the pressing portion 49 of the coupling body 47 may be formed between the thickness indicated by the dotted line k and the thickness indicated by the dotted line p, or may be formed to be slightly smaller than the thickness indicated by the dotted line p. The portion where the throttle portion 45 starts is smoothly curved.

6, when the connecting rod 42 and the connecting body 47 are separated from each other and the connecting body 47 is moved downward and screwed into the connecting rod 42, as shown in FIG. In this process, the pressing portion 49 of the coupling body 47 presses the tightening portion 45 of the connecting rod 42 strongly. That is, since the inner diameter of the pressing portion 49 of the coupling body 47 is smaller than the outer diameter of the throttling portion 45 of the connecting rod 42, in the process of screwing the connecting rod 42 and the coupling body 47, Is prevented from being inserted into the tightening portion 45. The connecting rod 42 is pressed by the coupling body 47 and is completely in contact with the outer peripheral surface of the bag 10 so that the connecting rod 42 is firmly coupled to the bag 10. Particularly, the slit 46 formed in the throttle portion 45 of the connecting rod 42 is closed by the urging of the coupling member, so that the connecting rod can be firmly and tightly coupled to the bag. Conversely, when the connection between the connecting rod 42 and the coupling body 47 is released, the pressing force of the pressing portion 49 is released so that the connection between the connecting rod 42 and the bag 10 is weakened. ) Are again movable relative to each other.

In the broom 100 according to the present invention constructed as described above, the comb teeth 51 can change their posture between the first and second positions.

That is, when the bag 10 is lowered to the center portion of the comb tooth member 51, the interference between the support plate 21 and the comb tooth member 51 is reduced. As shown in the figure, And is changed to the first posture, that is, the narrow mode. In the narrow mode, the comb tooth members 51 are spread in a length of about d1 in the drawing (assuming a circle is a diameter d1).

When the bag 10 is moved to the upper end of the comb tooth member 51 as shown in the figure after the connecting rod 42 and the coupling member 47 are separated from each other, The comb teeth members 51 are intersected while forming a considerable angle with respect to the direction in which the bags 10 are arranged. In other words, the comb tooth members 51 are widened to be changed to a wide mode in the second posture. The comb tooth members 51 are spread over the length of d2 in the figure (assuming a circle has a diameter of d2). Of course, the length of d2 in the wider mode than the d1 in the narrow mode is much longer.

After the connection mode is changed to the wide mode, when the connecting rod 42 and the coupling body 47 are coupled again, the connecting rod 42 is firmly coupled to the bag 10, so that a broom can be used. Further, in the wide mode, the comb tooth members 51 pushed outward by the support plate 21 are resiliently restored to their original positions, so that the comb teeth members 51 press the support plate 21. Therefore, in the wide mode, the bag 10 and the conversion unit need to be more firmly coupled. Therefore, in the present invention, in the wide mode, the female thread 37 of the central rod 35 and the male thread 28 of the projection 27 of the support plate 21 are screwed to each other to be more firmly engaged.

However, in the wide mode, the support plate 21 may be pulled up completely to engage with the central rod 35, but it may be lifted to a certain extent. In this case, the central rod 35 and the support plate 21 are not coupled to each other. That is, the user can change the position of the support plate 21 to adjust the angle at which the comb teeth members 51 extend.

As described above, the broom 100 according to the present invention is arranged such that the comb tooth member 51 is disposed parallel to the bag 10, or alternately arranged with a wide angle, thereby changing the posture in a narrow mode and a wide mode have.

If you need to sweep a narrow corner or give a lot of force, use a broom in a narrow mode. If you want to sweep a large area at once without using too much force, such as when you use leaves, change the posture to wide mode . That is, depending on the state of the object to be cleaned and the characteristics of the area, it is possible to efficiently clean by changing the posture of the comb members between the narrow mode and the wide mode.

Particularly, the present invention is characterized in that a very simple configuration is adopted in order to change the posture of the comb teeth members. In the case of everyday necessities such as broomsticks, even if the function is good, it is impractical if an excessive production cost is put in order to implement the function. In the present invention, it is possible to change the attitude of the broom with a very simple structure, and it is advantageous in that the manufacturing cost can be drastically reduced.

Conventionally, in the case of a broom capable of changing the broom into a wide mode and a narrow mode, the configuration thereof is too complicated, so that not only economical manufacturing is possible but also durability is deteriorated due to the complexity of the structure. That is, the complicated structure increases not only the number of components but also the cost of assembly, and the coupling structure between the components also increases, which is not desirable in terms of cost and durability. The present invention is of great practical significance in that it satisfies all functions, economy, and durability through a simple configuration.

Moreover, the structure of the comb tooth is changed by a very simple structure, which is economical as well as excellent in durability and is very practical as a necessity for life.

As described above, the present invention is characterized in that the comb portion can be changed in a narrow or wide posture. Another important feature of the present invention is that it is easy to manufacture a broom while employing a structure for adjusting the area of the comb. The simplicity of manufacturing the broom comes from the structure of the broom. The process of manufacturing the broom according to the present invention, particularly the process of integrating the comb tooth 51 and the bag 10 which are the most problematic, will be described.

A bag 10, a plurality of comb teeth 51, a support plate 21, a housing 30, a central rod 35 and a connecting member 40 are prepared. It is easy to assemble the housing 30 and the central rod 35 integrally and use it as one member from the standpoint of assembly.

8 to 15 are photographs of a process of manufacturing an actual broom according to the present invention. Hereinafter, a broom manufacturing process will be described with reference to the drawings. However, the drawings in FIGS. 8 to 15 do not include reference numerals, and the drawings of FIGS. 3A to 7 will be referred to together.

The central rod 35 is fixed to the housing 30 such that the central rod 35 is coaxially disposed inside the housing 30 as shown in FIG. 9 after the central rod 35 is set up as shown in FIG. The above process is unnecessary if the central rod 35 and the housing 30 are integrally formed.

When the housing 30 and the central rod 35 are thus engaged, a space portion is formed along the periphery of the annular central roof 35. The space portion is opened except for the portion where the holder (36) passes, both the upper surface and the lower surface are pierced. In this state, when the comb tooth members 51 are inserted into the space portion as shown in FIG. 10, finally, the comb tooth member 51 is closely installed in the space portion as shown in FIG. The broom is turned over and the upper surface of the housing is knocked on the floor several times so as to more surely insert the comb tooth member. When insertion of the comb tooth member is completed, the state shown in FIG. 12 is obtained. 12 is a state in which the housing is turned upside down in the state of FIG. As shown in the photograph of FIG. 12, the manufacturer can visually confirm whether or not the comb tooth members 51 are inserted tightly and densely in the space portion. If there is extra space remaining, it can be inserted again and then checked again at the top of the space.

When the insertion of the comb member is completed, an adhesive is applied from the upper portion of the comb member 51 to make the comb members 51 adhere to each other. Since it flows from the top to the bottom, it can be confirmed whether the adhesive penetrates well. When the application of the adhesive is completed, the lid 41 of the connecting member 40 is screwed to the housing 30, and the state shown in Fig. 13 is obtained.

Then, when the coupling member 47 is screwed to the connecting rod 42, the state shown in FIG. 14 is obtained and the assembly of the broom is completed. And functions sufficiently as a broom even in the state shown in Fig. The state shown in FIG. 14 is a state in which the bag 10 and the support plate 21 are not sandwiched. The user can utilize the connecting rod 42 as a broom as a broom. The present invention is also characterized in that the structure of the broom is improved so as to make the broom very robust. The best embodiment of the present invention is a form capable of varying the area of the comb teeth in addition to the above structure, but it is an example of the present invention that the structure having the solid structure without the expanding function of the comb teeth and having the above- something to do.

In addition, in the state of FIG. 14, when a separate bag is inserted into the connecting rod and the central rod and combined, the broom having a longer length can be completed. In this case, there is no function of varying the width of the comb. It only increases the length so that the user can clean it while still at work. This form also belongs to another example of the present invention.

Finally, when a bag is installed and a support plate is installed at the lower end of the bag, the best shape of the present invention is a shape that can vary the area of the comb. 15 shows a case in which a support plate is provided together with a bag. Referring to the photograph of FIG. 15, the bag was inserted as far downward as possible so that the support plate protruded downward from the comb. In this state, when the bag is moved upward, the state shown in FIG. 16 is obtained.

The most different point from the prior art in the above assembling process is the process of fixing the comb teeth members 51. In the prior art of FIG. 2, inserting the comb teeth 1 into the socket 2 and inserting the comb teeth 51 into the housing 30 according to the present invention can be regarded as the same process. However, since the housing 30 and the lid 41 are separated from each other, the upper surface of the housing 30 is kept open. This means that whether or not the comb teeth members 51 are closely inserted into the space of the housing 30 can be visually confirmed at the upper end of the housing 30. On the other hand, when the comb tooth 1 is inserted into the socket 2 with the upper part closed as shown in FIG. 2, it can not be confirmed whether or not the comb tooth parts are inserted tightly without the empty space. The comb teeth are elongated to the bottom and are rough and hard so it is impossible to check the comb teeth.

Likewise, when applying an adhesive, the present invention can be applied from the open upper surface of the housing 30. It is possible to apply the adhesive directly to the upper portion where the comb teeth members are to be adhered to each other. However, as shown in Fig. 2, since the top surface of the socket 2 is clogged, the adhesive can not be applied from above. Therefore, it is necessary to insert the adhesive in the state where the adhesive agent is applied to the upper part of the comb tooth members first, or to apply the adhesive to the inner surface of the socket 2 in advance. If the adhesive is previously applied to the comb member, the adhesive is adhered to the other comb member in a state in which it is not completely inserted into the socket, which makes it difficult to manufacture. It is most ideal that the upper ends of the comb teeth members are bonded to each other, but this can not be confirmed.

2, the socket is integrally formed in a state in which the upper part is closed, but in the present invention, the cover 41 is detachably coupled to the conventional housing 30, Respectively. This difference seems simple, but it makes a big difference in the manufacturing process as described above.

The durability of the broom is determined by how firmly the comb and the bag are joined together. The broom is made of a very simple structure.

In the present invention, in order to increase the coupling force between the comb tooth and the bag, a configuration is adopted in which the housing and the cover are separated from each other. This is because it allows the manufacturer to visually confirm the process of the work to ensure the durability of the actual product. If the operator can not visually confirm, there is an opportunity to fix it if there is an error in the job. Further, since the housing and the cover can be separated from each other, the adhesive can be applied from above, which is advantageous in that the operation is easy.

The present invention improves the easiness of operation and the possibility of visual confirmation of the operation result through the modification of the structure, and as a result, the durability and robustness of the product can be ensured. This change can be structurally simple, but it is actually a very big change considering the industrial productivity.

While the present invention has been particularly shown and described with reference to exemplary embodiments thereof, it is clearly understood that the same is by way of illustration and example only and is not to be taken by way of limitation and that those skilled in the art will recognize that various modifications and equivalent arrangements may be made therein. It will be possible. Accordingly, the true scope of protection of the present invention should be determined only by the appended claims.
