Abstract

The present invention relates to a water nozzle for a fire hose, capable of easily increasing the pressure of water sprayed through the water nozzle to discharge the same. According to the present invention, the water nozzle is installed to an end of a fire fighting hose through a coupling pipe and includes: a hose connection pipe; a pressure transmitting member; and a water spray pipe. The hose connection pipe has a tubular shape and includes: an inlet hole formed on one side thereof; an outlet hole formed on the other side thereof; a screw thread formed on an inner surface of the inlet hole to correspond to a screw thread of the coupling pipe; a screw thread formed in a longitudinal direction thereof on an outer surface adjacent to the outlet hole; a plurality of guiding holes formed in an inner center portion thereof to branch the inlet hole; and a plurality of coupling holes formed along the guiding holes and disposed in a radial direction centered on the center axis of the inner diameter. The pressure transmitting member is inserted in the coupling hole and includes, under a disc shaped connector, a plurality of protrusion shaped branching pipes having a penetration hole formed in the inner center portion thereof. The water spray pipe has a tubular shape to encompass the outer surface of the hose connection pipe and includes: a connection hole in one end thereof; a discharging hole formed on the other end thereof and in communication with the connection pipe; a screw thread formed in a longitudinal direction on an inner surface adjacent to the connection hole to correspond to the screw thread of the hose connection pipe.
