상기 3단 고무금형은 상판베이스금형(21) , 중판베이스금형(22) , 하판베이스금형(23)으로 구성하고 각각의 가이드핀 홀(29)과 가이드핀(28)을 구성하고 있으며 ,
상기 하판베이스금형(23)에는 속코아금형(24)이 볼트(27b , 또는 핀)로 고정 조립되며 ,
상기 속코아금형(24)은 상측코아금형(24a)과 하측코아금형(24b)으로 각각 분리하여 가공한 후 상기 상단 와이퍼(16) 두께 간격으로 상측코아금형(24a) 과 하측코아금형(24b)을 볼트(27a , 또는 핀)로 고정 결합하여 하나로 일체화 시킨 속코아금형(24)을 구성함을 특징으로 하는 2단 와이퍼 패킹 성형하는 3단 고무금형 제작 방법
