상단이 개방된 원기둥 형태로 마련되고, 상기 세척을 위해 상기 퍼프를 수납하는 제1 하우징부;
상기 제1 하우징부의 내부에 회전 가능하도록 상기 제1 하우징부의 하단 및 상기 제1 하우징부의 내벽에 밀착하여 마련되는 회전부;
상기 제1 하우징부의 상단을 개폐하도록 마련되고, 상기 제1 하우징부의 상단에서 회전 가능하도록 결합되는 뚜껑부;
상기 뚜껑부의 하단에서 상기 회전부에 걸림 고정되도록 상기 뚜껑부의 하부로 돌출 형성되는 돌출부; 및
상기 뚜껑부의 상단에 돌출 마련되고, 외력이 가해지는 경우 상기 뚜껑부를 회전시키는 손잡이부를 포함하고,
상기 회전부는,
상기 제1 하우징부의 하단에 밀착 마련되는 회전 바닥;
상기 회전 바닥의 상측에 돌출 마련되는 적어도 하나의 돌기부;
상기 회전 바닥의 상부에 이격하여 마련되고, 상기 제1 하우징부의 내벽에 밀착하여 마련되는 적어도 하나의 회전틀;
상기 회전 바닥 및 상기 회전틀을 결합하도록 상기 회전 바닥의 상부로 마련되는 적어도 하나의 프레임;
