There is a growing demand for pollution-free power generation globally or nationally, and there is growing interest in photovoltaic power generation as a substitute for nuclear power and thermal power generation. The present invention easily determines whether or not the solar panel operates normally and easily detects and communicates abnormality of a specific (specific) solar panel by wireless communication, 140 and a
In recent years, interest in renewable energy has increased, and a solar panel is a device that functions to convert sunlight into electrical energy.
Fig. 1 shows the principle of solar power generation. A solar panel refers to a semiconductor device that converts sunlight into electrical energy using photoelectric effect. When the photoelectric effect (photoelectric effect) receives sunlight on the contact surface of the metal and the semiconductor or the pn junction of the semiconductor, electrons and holes are formed in the semiconductor. The electrons move to the front electrode, and the holes move to the rear electrode. Thereby, a voltage difference is generated between the front electrode and the rear electrode, and the electrons and the electrons move to the electric load. Generally, since the current flow is defined as the direction of the hole movement, the (+) voltage is generated electrically at the back electrode and the (-) voltage is generated at the front electrode.
The solar panel does not operate normally due to the weather conditions, the incident amount of sunlight, night and day, snow, rain, etc. Therefore, it is necessary to detect the normal or abnormal operation of the solar panel Various inventions have been carried out.

In the present invention, a power supply apparatus using first, second and third N-type transistors (33, 34, 35) for power supply in a transmitter unit is proposed. Since the power required by the transmitter is only a power source for operating only the transmitter, it does not require a large current, so it is designed not by a switching converter but by a linear regulator.
The linear regulator is different from the switching converter in which a semiconductor transistor is turned on and off. The linear regulator operates in an active region of a semiconductor transistor, to be.
