Claims (6)
- 액체를 담을 수 있는 용기를 구비한 기기의 수위 센싱 시스템으로서,
상기 용기 또는 상기 용기 내부의 액체는 접지되고,
상기 용기에 수용된 액체의 수위방향인 제1방향으로 일정 길이를 갖고 연속적으로 배향된 제1전극 및 제2전극을 정전용량 측정을 위한 두개의 전극으로 하고, 상기 용기의 내부에 잠기는 액체의 최고수위 직전까지도 정전용량이 0보다 큰 값을 갖도록 설계된 수위 센서를 구비하며,
상기 수위 센서는 상기 제1방향을 기준으로 복수의 커패시턴스가 병렬로 연결된 회로를 등가로 구성하여, 수위 증가로 액체에 둘러싸여 상기 접지 및 커패시턴스와 결합되는 상기 제1전극 및 제2전극 부분에서의 정전용량 감소량을 감지하여 상기 제1 방향으로의 액체 수위를 연속적으로 센싱하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기기의 수위 센싱 시스템. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 수위 센서는,
상기 제1방향으로는 일정 길이를 가지며, 제1방항과 교차되는 제2방향의 적어도 한 쪽 면에는 복수의 돌기과 복수의 홈이 교대로 배열되는 구조로 서로 평행하게 배치되는 제1전극 및 제2전극을 구비하되, 상기 제1전극의 돌기가 상기 제2전극의 홈에 대응되고, 상기 제1전극의 홈에 상기 제2전극의 돌기가 대응되어 서로 맞물리는 형태로 일정간격 이격되어 상기 제1전극 및 상기 제2전극이 배치되는 정전용량 센서; 및
상기 제1전극 및 상기 제2전극의 상단부에 배치되어 상기 정전용량 센서에서 발생된 센싱신호를 통해 수위를 검출하여 검출신호를 발생하는 신호처리부;
를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 기기의 수위 센싱 시스템. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 수위 센서는,
상기 신호처리부의 검출신호를 외부로 전송하거나, 상기 신호처리부 및 상기 정전용량 센서에 전원을 공급하기 위한 안테나; 및
전원 공급을 위한 태양전지 또는 밧데리;
를 구비하는 무선형 구조인 것을 특징으로 하는 기기의 수위 센싱 시스템. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 수위 센서는,
상기 신호처리부의 검출신호를 외부로 전달하기 위한 연결선; 및
전원 공급을 위한 연결선;
을 구비하는 유선형인 것을 특징으로 하는 기기의 수위 센싱 시스템. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 수위 센서는, 상기 정전용량 센서가 제1절연필름 및 제2절연필름 사이에 형성되고, 상기 제1절연필름의 뒷면에 접착필름이 형성되어, 상기 용기 내부 일면에 수직으로 부착된 것을 특징으로 하는 기기의 수위 센싱 시스템. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 수위 센서 및 상기 제1절연필름 사이에 쉴드전극이 더 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 기기의 수위 센싱 시스템.
