Abstract
A molding member for caulking and joining the panel between a building exterior wall panel and a panel is disclosed. The building outer wall molding member according to the present invention includes a joint cap part which is caulked to the outside between the panel and the panel and a lighting part which is installed inside the joint cap and installed at least one in the longitudinal direction of the molding part and illuminates the illumination.
The outer wall panel molding member according to the present invention can provide a building exterior wall having various colors by inserting an LED or the like in a joint section, a corner section, a flashing section or an exterior material exterior of an exterior wall panel. As a result, an effective lighting device is realized on the exterior wall of the building.
Description
The present invention relates to a molding member of an outer wall panel. More specifically, the present invention relates to a molding member for sandwiching and assembling between an outer wall panel and a panel.
Many buildings, plants, and warehouse buildings have to be built after the completion of construction, and they are investing extra time and cost for exterior lighting.
On the other hand, it is a common practice to form and attach a panel to an exterior wall finishing material of an existing building or a warehouse building. However, after the panel is attached to the exterior wall, a separate lighting fixture has been used to attach the lighting fixture to the exterior wall after the construction is completed.
Without a separate lighting system, the quality of the visual closure of the building may deteriorate, and there is no means by which the building itself can attract people's attention as compared to other buildings.
In recent years, in order to produce a visual finish on the inside and outside of a building, a technique of attempting to build a building by attaching an LED lighting device inside the panel has been developed.
Korean Utility Model Registration No. 20-0405073 discloses a building panel having an LED module.
1 shows a panel for construction including a conventional LED module.
Referring to FIG. 1, the conventional art discloses a light emitting device including a light emitting member having one or more LED members mounted on a PCB substrate built in a housing of a building panel.
However, in the related art, there is a problem that the panel must be manufactured separately by installing the LED module in the outer wall panel itself, and the panel must be manufactured according to the characteristic and design of the outer wall of the building. In addition, there is a problem that the cost of construction of the panel increases due to an increase in the cost of manufacturing the panel. Even when the LED module is separately manufactured and attached to the panel, there is a problem that the panel itself is limited to a material that can transmit the LED light. When the LED module is attached to the outside, problems such as short- There is a problem that there is a possibility.
It is an object of the present invention to provide a device for installing a building exterior wall lighting design at a simple cost in a conventional external wall panel assembling method.
It is another object of the present invention to solve the problem of increasing the construction cost by installing a lighting device on an existing building panel.
In order to achieve the above object, a building outer wall molding member according to the present invention includes a joint cap part which is caulked to the outside by being caulked to the outside between the panel and the panel, and a joint cap part provided inside the joint cap part, And includes a lighting unit which is installed and illuminates the illumination. Advantageously, the illumination portion comprises a plurality of LED lights.
In one embodiment, the illumination window member is formed in the longitudinal direction of the molding member so that the illumination can be emitted to the outside in correspondence with the position of the illumination portion.
In one embodiment, the illumination window member includes tempered glass that is coupled to the center of the illumination window member in the longitudinal direction.
Preferably, the joint cap portion has a width corresponding to an installation interval of the outer wall panels, a central receiving portion for fitting between the outer wall panels,
And a first flange portion protruding and extending in the horizontal direction at both ends of the central receiving portion, and the illumination portion is located inside the central receiving portion.
More preferably, the illumination window member includes a body, at least one illumination hole formed in the longitudinal direction of the illumination window member at the center of the body, And a second flange portion extending in the horizontal direction at both ends of the body portion.
Preferably, the joint cap portion and the illumination window member comprise aluminum material.
In another embodiment, the outer wall panel molding member includes a generator for generating electricity using sunlight or solar heat, and a charger for charging the electricity generated by the generator and discharging the electricity to the lighting unit according to a control signal of a predetermined time period or external .
The outer wall panel molding member according to the present invention can provide a building exterior wall having various colors. As a result, an effective lighting device is realized on the exterior wall of the building.
