음식물 탈리액에서 수분을 부분제거한 슬러지케익을 내부가열과 외부가열을 하면서 교반하여 건조하는 디스크건조장치를 구비하되,
상기 디스크건조장치를 원통형의 건조룸을 형성하는 건조탱크와 상기 건조탱크 내부에 투입된 슬러지케익을 교반 건조시키는 교반기로 구성하고;
상기 건조탱크는 원통형의 건조룸을 형성하는 건조몸체(110)와 상기 건조몸체(110)에 건조룸을 가열할 수 있게 열매체가 순환되는 공간을 형성하는 탱크가열부(120), 상기 건조몸체(110)의 일측 상부 측에 케익공급장치에 의하여 공급된 슬러지케익을 투입될 수 있게 개구형성된 케익투입구(130), 상기 케익투입구(130)의 반대 측 건조몸체(110)에 케익투입구(130)보다 낮은 높이로 건조가 완료된 건조슬러지가 배출되는 슬러지배출구(140) 및 상기 건조몸체(110) 상부 측 건조룸에서 슬러지케익의 건조상태를 확인할 수 있도록 개폐되게 형성한 확인창(150)으로 구성하며;
상기 교반기는 건조탱크의 건조몸체(110)의 양측에 양단이 축지되며 외부에 구비되는 교반구동장치에 의하여 구동되는 교반축(210)과 상기 교반축(210)에 등간격으로 설치되는 교반디스크(220), 상기 교반축(210)의 중앙을 통하여 각 교반디스크(220)로 연결되게 형성하며 교반축(210)의 일측으로 연결되는 가열매체공급관과 연결되게 구성한 가열매체공급관로(211), 교반디스크(220)의 내부에 가열매체공급관로(211)를 통하여 공급된 열매체가 채워지는 디스크가열룸(221)을 형성하고;
상기 건조몸체(110)의 상부 측 내벽에 교반디스크(220)를 타격하여 교반디스크(220)에 부착된 슬러지케익을 진동분리시킬 수 있게 한 타격진동기(310)를 구비하되;
상기 타격진동기(310)는 건조몸체(110)에 내벽에 고정되는 유압 또는 공압 액츄에이터와 상기 액츄에이터에 의하여 출몰동작되는 해머로 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 음식물 탈리액 처리장치용 디스크건조장치.
