상기 면봉관체(11)의 일단에는 가압할 수 있는 펌핑부(13)와, 펌핑부(13)의 가압에 의해 토출되는 액체수용부(14)를 구성하며,
상기 펌핑부(13)의 단부가 삽입된 연결관체(12) 내부에는 펌핑부(13)가 임의로 눌려 가압되는 것을 방지하기 위한 가압방지구(40)를 삽입구성하고,
상기 일측 면봉관체(11)에는 제거한 블랙헤드가 표시되게 검은색의 솜을 감아 블랙헤드제거부(20)를 형성하며,
