Description
The present invention relates to a stent, and more particularly, to a structure of a stent.
The stent is inserted into a narrowed blood vessel to secure a passage through which the blood can flow. The stent is first inserted into the blood vessel in a crimped state so that its diameter is reduced, and then restored to its original shape to secure a passage through which the blood can flow.
However, there are drawbacks to these stents, which can cause blood clots inside the stent. Rather, there is a serious problem that blood vessels may be restenosed by the thrombus. A stent consisting of a bioabsorbable material that is absorbed or decomposed into the human body has developed over time. However, as it is absorbed by the human body, the strength is weakened and the blood vessel becomes narrow again.
In order to solve the above problems, it is an object of the present invention to provide a stent capable of preventing thrombosis when the stent is inserted into a blood vessel.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a stent capable of preventing restenosis after the stent is inserted into a blood vessel.

And a reinforcing portion having a relatively wider width may be formed at the remaining portion of the end portion.
The first strut, the second strut and the third strut may be formed to a thickness of 0.12 mm.
The first strut, the second strut and the third strut may be formed to have a width of 0.14 to 0.16 [mm] except for the reinforcing portion.

According to the structure of the stent according to the present invention, the thickness of the strut can be made thin, so that the thrombus can be further prevented when the stent is inserted into the blood vessel.
In addition, the strength of the stent in the radial direction can be guaranteed above a certain level, thus restenosis can be prevented after the stent is inserted into the blood vessel.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a
Referring to FIGS. 1 and 2, the
The
The
FIG. 3 is a graph showing the strength of the stent in the radial direction of the
The
First, with respect to the thickness of the strut, when the stent is inserted into the blood vessel, the thinner the strut, the less likely the thrombosis occurs. Therefore, the
In the case of stent insertion, the radial direction of the stent should be maintained above a certain level in order to secure the passage through which the blood can flow. Can be lowered to an appropriate level or lower. The
In addition, when the stent is made of a bioabsorbable material, the stent can be decomposed at a uniform rate as the width of the strut is equal to the width of the bridge. Accordingly, the
As a result, the
The embodiments of the present invention described above and shown in the drawings do not limit the technical idea of the present invention. The scope of protection of the present invention depends on what is described in the claims. While the present invention has been particularly shown and described with reference to exemplary embodiments thereof, it is to be understood that the invention is not limited to the disclosed exemplary embodiments.
