Abstract
The present invention relates to a mask having an air supply function and supplies outside air filtered through an air supply pipe connected to an air supply hole leading to the inside of a mask worn on the face of a user to the inside of the mask.
According to the present invention, filtered air can be smoothly supplied while a user breathes, and particularly to a user suffering from a respiratory disease (e.g., bronchus, lung, etc.) The contaminated air can prevent the deepening of respiratory diseases.
Description
The present invention relates to a mask, and more particularly to a mask having an air supply function.
The mask protects the respiratory system by blocking harmful substances that cause respiratory diseases such as dust and dust.
The mask according to Patent Document 1 more effectively blocks harmful substances while the user breathes by applying the wet filter member.
The mask according to Patent Document 2 maintains warmth while the user breathes by applying heat rays.
In the mask according to Patent Document 3, negative ions generated in the ear plug are supplied to the filter member provided in the mask through the connection pipe, and the negative ions are supplied while the user breathes to prevent fine dust.
As such, the mask has been developed to have various functions in order to meet the demand of the user, and recently, there is an increasing demand for a mask capable of blocking polluted air such as dust and fine dust.
Accordingly, the present applicant (or inventor) has developed a mask that smoothly supplies the outside air filtered inside the mask worn on the user's face.
An object of the present invention is to provide a mask having an air supply function for supplying outside air filtered through an air supply pipe connected to an air supply hole leading to the inside of a mask worn on the face of a user to the inside of the mask.
In order to accomplish the object of the present invention, a mask having an air supply function according to the present invention is provided with a one-way exhaust valve on its front surface, and at least one (for example, A mask body having an air supply hole bored therein and the edge of the mask pad being closed in a sealed state by a mask frame; A body having a double-wall structure of an outer wall and an inner wall and having a hollow cylindrical shape with an open upper portion, a housing accommodating the ventilation holes in one side thereof and covering the outer surface of the body, A connecting portion for connecting the air supply pipe connected to the air supply hole is formed, a vertical air hole is formed in the inner side with respect to the inner wall, an air filter for filtering the outside air between the outer wall and the inner wall, And a portion of the inner wall which is in contact with the air filter is formed with an opening communicating with the vertical ventilation hole, and the air filtered through the ventilation hole and the air filter is drawn in, Wherein the suction fan is provided on the upper side of the inner wall, When the operation switch provided on the front of the main body is turned on so as to be exposed to the outside of the housing, an operation start signal is outputted to operate the suction fan, and when the operation switch is turned off, And a control unit for stopping the operation of the air conditioner is installed in the main body.
In the mask having the air supply function according to the present invention, the mask frame may be deformed according to the shape of the face of the user so that the mask frame can be in close contact with the wearer. And the contact portion with the face of the user is adhered to the face of the user.
In the mask having the air supply function according to the present invention, the control unit increases or decreases the operation speed of the intake fan in response to the intake air amount adjustment signal of the intake air amount adjustment switch provided on the front surface of the main body, Is increased or decreased.
According to the present invention, it is possible to smoothly supply the filtered air while easily adjusting the supply amount while the user is breathing, and particularly to smoothly supply the filtered air to a user suffering from a respiratory (e.g., bronchus, Polluted air such as dust or fine dust can prevent the deepening of respiratory diseases.
