Abstract
The present invention provides a hermetically sealed container capable of easily releasing a hermetically sealed member from a cover without damaging it. The hermetically sealed container includes a body which is provided in a container form having an opening at its upper end, A cover which is detachably mountable on an upper surface of the main body and in which an insertion groove into which the upper end of the main body is inserted and a sealing member which is disposed in the insertion groove and which is hermetically sealed between the main body and the cover, And an elastic material detachment portion in which a gripping hole is formed which can be gripped by the user in the separation of the sealing member. Accordingly, the hermetically sealed container can easily detach the hermetically sealed member from the cover without damage, and the hermetically sealed container can be used for a long time without deteriorating the sealing force due to the hermetically sealed member, and the hermetically sealed container can be easily cleaned.
Description
The present invention relates to a sealed container, and more particularly, to a sealed container capable of storing food.
In general, households and restaurants use airtight containers to store food. Such a closed container enables the food to be stored for a long time in a state of being blocked from the external environment. For example, the hermetically sealed container may include a container in which a receiving space for receiving food is formed, a cover for opening and closing the receiving space, and a sealing member for sealing between the container and the cover.
The prior art for such an airtight container has already been disclosed by "Korean Utility Model Publication No. 20-2010-0002122 (closed container lid, Mar. 23, 2010) ". According to the invention, the lid for opening and closing the hermetic container is characterized in that the hermetic member is accommodated in the region where the upper end of the container is inserted.
However, there has been a problem in that food waste can be inserted into the hermetically sealed region where the hermetically sealed member is disposed in the storage of food, and it is difficult to remove food waste from the hermetically sealed region in the hermetically sealed container. In the cleaning of the hermetically sealed container, the sealing member is removed from the hermetically sealed region to clean the hermetically sealed container. However, the conventional hermetically sealed container is difficult to separate the sealing member from the cover, and the sealing member may be damaged when it is released .
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide a hermetically sealed container which can easily detach a closure member from a cover without damaging it.
The hermetically sealed container according to the present invention includes a body which is provided in the form of a container having an opening at its top and forms a space for accommodating the object, and an insertion groove into which the upper end of the body is inserted, And a gripper extending from the sealing member to the outside of the insertion groove, the gripper being capable of being gripped by the user in the separation of the sealing member, And an escape portion of an elastic material to be formed.
The hermetically sealed container further includes a reinforcing portion which is disposed between the sealing member and the separating portion and reinforces the connection strength between the sealing member and the separating portion. The reinforcing portion extends the contact area between the sealing member and the separating portion .
The hermetically sealed container further includes a detachable portion for allowing the main body and the cover to be coupled or detached, wherein the detachable portion is hinged to the cover at one end thereof, and includes a ring portion having a detachment hole formed therein, And an annular support portion that is inserted into the de-installation hole at the coupling between the main body and the cover to engage the main body and the cover.
The annular portion is formed with a supporting groove having the same shape as that of the separating portion so that the separating portion can be inserted and supported on one surface of the body that can face the outer wall of the body, A gripping hole can be formed.
The hook may be formed with a fastening ring capable of supporting the detachable part on one surface of the hookable body facing the outer wall of the main body.
The detachable portion includes a contact portion that maintains a sealing force between the body and the cover when the body and the cover are coupled to each other, and the contact portion is formed as a groove in a region of the detachable portion disposed between the body and the cover .
The adhered portion may be formed on at least one surface of the one surface and the other surface of the separator.
The hermetically sealed container may further include a binding portion which is disposed on the outer wall of the main body and binds the detaching portion extending to the outside of the main body to the outer wall of the main body.
The binding portion may be provided in an annular shape extending from the outer wall of the main body and forming a slit into which the releasing portion is inserted.
The binding portion may extend from the outer wall of the main body in the form of a pair of rings facing each other, so that the releasing portion is supported between the pair of rings.
The hermetically sealed container may further include a coupling protrusion extending from the outer wall of the main body so as to be adjacent to the coupling portion and inserted into the holding hole.
A stepped portion may be formed at an upper end of the main body so that the releasing portion is closely contacted with the main body and the cover to maintain a sealing force between the main body and the cover.
The stepped portion may be recessed from the upper end of the body by the thickness of the separating portion.
INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY The closed container according to the present invention can easily detach the closure member from the cover without damage, and can use the closed container for a long time without deteriorating the sealing force due to the closure of the closure member.
