Description

부직포형 함침재 제조방법{manufacture method of non-woven fabrics type impregnating materials}[0001] The present invention relates to a non-woven fabric impregnating material,

More particularly, the present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a nonwoven fabric impregnation material, and more particularly, to a method of manufacturing a nonwoven impregnation material by which impregnation material impregnated with a cosmetic material is manufactured into a nonwoven fabric, The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a nonwoven fabric-containing impregnated material, which can prevent the abandonment of cosmetic materials as well as improving usability and convenience because the cosmetics impregnated without turning over can be used as a whole.

In general, cosmetics are widely used for cultivating the beauty of women but they are being developed from solid cosmetics to liquid (gel) cosmetics in terms of use.

BACKGROUND ART Liquid-state (gel) cosmetics generally consist of a lid that covers the upper part of a container and a container, and a puddle which is provided inside the container and is used to impregnate the cosmetic material impregnated into the impregnated material and impregnated material impregnated with the cosmetic material. (Gel) cosmetic material is impregnated and provided to the user, and the user presses the impregnation material with the puff to make the impregnated material impregnated on the impregnation material is put on the puff and absorbed.

The impregnation material impregnated with the conventional cosmetic material is usually made of a foamed polyester material such as a sponge, so that the impregnation of the cosmetic material is not easy due to the poor porosity and air permeability.

In addition, a cosmetic composition (hereinafter referred to as a liquid cosmetic composition) in the form of a liquid phase (hereinafter referred to as a liquid cosmetic composition) has recently been introduced, and the conventional sponge-type impregnated material is not porous and thus it is difficult to impregnate such a liquid cosmetic composition.

In addition, when the impregnation member is pressed using the puff, the pumping action between the puff and the impregnation member hardly occurs, and the liquid cosmetic material can not be properly supplied to the puff side, so that the liquid cosmetic material is not buried in the puff.

In other words, since both the puff and the impregnated material are made of a fluffy sponge material, the force is not uniformly transferred to the impregnated material having a pressing force when the puff is pressed on the impregnated material by the user, so that the pumping action is not properly performed.

In addition, since the cosmetic material is not buried properly, when the user uses more than half of the cosmetic material, the user directly removes the impregnated material from the cosmetic container, turns it over, and puts it back into the cosmetic container. There is a problem that the cosmetic is completely used and the cosmetic is wasted.

The impregnation member of the cosmetic container impregnated with the liquid cosmetic is disclosed in the prior art. In the impregnated member impregnated with the liquid cosmetic, the impregnated member impregnated with the liquid cosmetic is made of polyurethane , NBR, SBR, NR, polyester, and polyether. The impregnating member has pores having a size of 0.15 mm to 2.5 mm, and the number of pores is 40 to 100 ppi. And the fine distribution member provided on the upper surface of the impregnated member so as to uniformly spray the liquid cosmetics using high frequency adhesive is formed as a dispense hole having a size of 0.05 to 0.1 mm to uniformly spray the liquid cosmetics.

Such a conventional technique has a problem in that when the puff is pressed using the puff, the liquid cosmetic can not be uniformly applied to the puff because the impregnated member can not be pressed evenly.

In addition, the above-mentioned problem of the conventional impregnation material made of the sponge material is still not solved.

Another prior art is disclosed in Patent Document 10-2015-0020153, which discloses a porous cosmetic material impregnated material impregnated with a cosmetic material, which is provided with a cosmetic material discharge channel for forming a passage at the time of discharging the cosmetic material .

Such prior art technology facilitates the discharge of the cosmetic material impregnated by the cosmetic material discharge channel. However, since the cosmetic material discharge channel must be additionally provided, the manufacturing process is complicated.

The present invention provides a nonwoven fabric impregnation material, which greatly improves the air permeability as well as the porosity of the impregnation material, thereby improving the discharging property of the liquid cosmetic material due to the ease of pumping with the puff due to elasticity, The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a nonwoven fabric impregnated material, which can significantly improve usability and convenience because it is not turned upside down.

In order to accomplish the above object, the present invention provides a method for manufacturing a nonwoven fabric impregnated material, comprising: a first step of producing impregnated fabric having pores by spraying synthetic fibers in multiple directions and entangling synthetic fibers sprayed in multiple directions together; A second step of compressing the surface and back surface of the impregnated fabric produced by the first step by thermal press to reduce the volume and thermally fusing the tangled synthetic fibers; A third step of applying a release layer to the lower side of the heat cutter; A fourth step of lowering the lower side of the impregnated fabric after the second step by the third step and cutting the impregnated fabric by heat cutting to form the impregnated material; And a fifth step of rotating the impregnated material processed by the fourth step to remove fluff formed on the periphery of the impregnated material to machine the impregnated material.

Further, the synthetic fibers in the first step are composed of any one of polyurethane, polyester and polyether.

Since the impregnation material is made of a nonwoven fabric, the impregnation material can be formed with a plurality of pores. Therefore, the amount of impregnation of the cosmetic material is increased not only by the air permeability but also by the formed pores, as well as the self- It is easy to embed the cosmetic material in the puff, and the impregnated cosmetic material can be used without turning the impregnated material upside down, so that wastefulness of the cosmetic material is prevented beforehand, and usability and convenience are greatly improved.

Hereinafter, a method of manufacturing a nonwoven fabric impregnation material according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

As shown in the drawing, the method for manufacturing the nonwoven fabric-containing impregnation material of the present invention is performed by the first step (S1) to the fourth step (S4).

The first step (S1) of the present invention is a step of producing a impregnated fabric having pores by spraying synthetic fibers in multiple directions and entangling synthetic fibers injected in multiple directions to each other.

That is, by spraying the synthetic fibers in multiple directions to the inner side of the multi-directional fabric forming machine to spray the synthetic fibers in multiple directions, the injected synthetic fibers are tangled to each other to produce the impregnated fabric, The impregnated hollow 20 is naturally formed between the synthetic fibers 10 as the impregnated fabric is produced.

The synthetic fibers in the first step (S1) may be composed of any one of polyurethane, polyester and polyether, and various synthetic fibers may be used.

In the second step (S2) of the present invention, the front and back surfaces of the impregnated fabric produced by the first step (S1) are pressed by a heat press to reduce the volume and thermally fusing the tangled synthetic fibers.

As described above, the impregnated fabric, in which the synthetic fibers are entangled with each other by the first step (S1) as the front and back surfaces of the impregnated fabric are thermally pressed by the second step (S2) The synthetic fibers entangled with each other by the heat transmitted from the pressing press are thermally fused to each other to be prevented from being released.

Also, as the impregnated fabric is pressed and pressed, the impregnated hollow portion 20 provided between the synthetic fibers is naturally contracted, and the impregnated hollow portion 20 is contracted so that the elastic force of the impregnated fabric is greatly improved.

The third step (S3) of the present invention is a step of applying the release layer to the lower side of the thermal cutter, and the reason why the release layer is applied to the lower side of the thermal cutter is to heat the impregnated fabric in the fourth step (S4) This is to prevent the impregnated fabric cut at the time of cutting from sticking to the lower side of the heat cutter.

In the fourth step (S4) of the present invention, after the second step (S2), the impregnated fabric is lowered by the third step (S3) on the lower side of the heat cutter coated with the releasing layer, This is a step of processing the re-shape.

That is, the impregnated fabric, which is thermally pressed and has a reduced volume, is placed on the lower side of the heat cutter so that the impregnated fabric is prevented from flowing when the impregnated fabric is heat-cut by the heat cutter.

As described above, the shape of the impregnated material processed by the heat cutting may be circular or may have various shapes as well as a square.

The temperature of the thermal cutter is sufficient for the temperature at which the synthetic fibers are cut without being burnt by heat, and the temperature of the heat cutter is rapidly lowered to process the impregnated fabric into the impregnated material.

The fifth step (S5) of the present invention is a step of machining the impregnation material by removing fluff formed on the periphery of the impregnation material by rotating the impregnation material processed in the fourth step (S4).

In other words, napping is generated in the periphery of the impregnation material processed by the heat cutting machine by heat cutting of the heat cutting machine. The napping is thus removed through the fifth step (S5).

At this time, the impregnation material is placed on the rotary machine, and a cutting part is provided on one side of the rotary machine so that the fluff formed on the periphery of the impregnation material rotated by the rotary machine is removed by the cutting part.

In the second step (S2) to the fifth step (S5) of the present invention, the impregnated fabric and the impregnated material processed by the impregnated fabric are sequentially transferred by the conveying conveyor belt, and the respective processes are performed.
