내부에 심재인 스펀지의 기본패드(140)를 내설한 상태의 한 쌍의 브래지어 컵(110)의 양측에 각각 가슴밴드(120)가 연결되고, 양측 브래지어 컵(110)의 상부와 양측 가슴밴드(120) 사이에는 어깨끈(130)이 연결된 브래지어(100)에 있어서,
상기 양측 브래지어 컵(110)의 내측에는 제1 포켓(150) 위에 제2 포켓(160)을 중첩하여 형성하며, 상기 제1 포켓(150)에는 가슴을 받쳐주는 제1 보조패드(210)를 삽입하고, 제2 포켓(160)에는 가슴을 내측으로 모아주는 제2 보조패드(220)를 삽입하며,
상기 제2 포켓(160)은 내측에 개방입구(162)를 갖도록 신축성 스판직물지(161)를 외측에서 내측으로 말아 소정 거리로 접혀진 상태로 상측은 좁고 하측으로 넓게 중첩되어 형성되며,
상기 제1 보조패드(210)는 2장의 직물지 외피(212) 사이에 스펀지(211)가 내장된 상태에서 열압착에 의해 테두리 마감과 동시에 가슴을 감싸는 상부의 함몰부(213)에서 가슴의 밑면을 받쳐주는 하부의 융기부(214)가 형성되고,
