Abstract
A wire rope derailment prevention device for a crane is disclosed. A device for preventing wire rope derailment of a crane according to an embodiment of the present invention is a device for preventing wire rope derailment of a crane, which is installed vertically in a vertical direction on a pulley, and which has a wheel rotating in contact with a wire rope wound on a groove of a sheath by a pressing force of an elastic member, And a pair of guide rollers disposed on the front and rear sides of the wire rope so as to rotate in contact with the wire rope at the bottom of the pulley and a shock absorber provided at the bottom of the sheave to buffer the shaking of the wire rope by elastically supporting the wire rope do.
Description
The present invention relates to an apparatus for preventing derailment of a wire rope in a pulley of a crane.
Generally, molten steel refined in a converter or the like is taken to a ladle placed on a ladle and then moved to a crane working position, lifted by a crane, and transferred to a subsequent work process.
In other words, the crane is wound and lifted by raising or lowering the wire rope connected with the beam having the main hook which is caught in the ring formed on both sides of the ladle, moves along the rail installed in the air, .

According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a sensor device comprising: a sensor rod installed to be vertically movable up and down from an upper portion of a pulley, having a wheel rotating in contact with a wire rope wound around a groove of the sheave by a pressing force of an elastic member; A pair of guide rollers disposed at front and rear sides of the wire rope so as to rotate in contact with the wire rope at a lower portion thereof and a shock absorber installed at a lower portion of the sheave to elastically support the wire rope, A wire rope derailment prevention device for a crane including a crane can be provided.
Further, the shock absorber includes a ring surrounding the outer surface of the wire rope, and a buffer spring for elastically supporting the ring.
