Description

Field of the Invention [0001] The present invention relates to a method and apparatus for manufacturing ice-

More particularly, the present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for manufacturing ice-cream pieces using rapid ice-making and rapid ice-making.

Generally, when making ice cream, a raw liquid mixed with necessary raw materials is injected into a molding cylinder made of stainless steel having a thin thickness and opened at the top, and the stick is inserted and drawn out through the opened upper part when it is completely frozen. Was to rapidly freeze the stock solution injected into the molding tube to increase the productivity and reduce the production cost.

However, since these ice creams are made by using some ingredients selected by the ice cream specialist, they will be supplied to the store. Therefore, the consumers only purchase the ice cream made of the selected ingredients, There was a problem that the product could not be purchased.

In recent years, in order to purchase ice confections according to the taste of consumers, a variety of ice materials, raw materials, and other products have been prepared. Devices are being developed.

Conventional handmade ice making plant is constructed in such a manner that an ice bar type ice sheet is manufactured by a cooling fluid in a state where a molding bin containing an ice sheet raw material is placed in a cooling space. However, in the conventional handmade ice making plant, it is possible to pull out the ice cubes from the cooling space to a separate ice-melting chamber or to remove the ice cubes from the ice cubes at room temperature A cumbersome process of waiting for a certain period of time is required.

In addition, there is a problem that since the residues of the cooling fluid are present on the surface of the molding cylinder separated from the cooling space, ice and contamination can be caused in the extraction process of the ice cream.

In addition, in order to use the molding cylinder from which the ice tray is taken out, there is a disadvantage that considerable time and effort are required to remove residues (ice and residue and cooling fluid residues) inside and outside the molding bin.

Embodiments of the present invention provide a hand-made ice making and manufacturing apparatus capable of directly seeing consumers making ice making and selling ice cream directly on the spot.

In addition, embodiments of the present invention are intended to provide a handmade ice making device capable of shortening the production time of ice pieces.

On the other hand, the brine supply unit 300 can selectively supply an ice-making brine for rapidly freezing the ice-maker 100 and an ice-making brine for rapidly ice-making the ice-making container 100. To this end, the brine supply unit 300 includes a sea water tank 390 in which the heat pipe of the condenser 330 is inserted and the brine for sea ice is desiccated, an ice-making tank 390 in which the cooling pipe of the evaporator 310 is inserted, (380).

The sea ice tank 390 is provided with a sea ice supply line 392 through which the sea ice brine heated by the heat radiation pipe is supplied from the sea ice tank 390 to the cold storage container 200 for rapid freezing of the ice making and molding bin 100, A thaw collection line 394 for recovering the thawing brine used in the rapid thawing of the ice making and molding bin 100 to the thawing tank 390 is connected.

The ice making feed line 382 and ice melt feed line 392 are connected to a single feed line 302 via a three way valve and the ice making and collecting line 384 and ice melt return line 394 are connected to a single return Line 304. < / RTI > The single feed line 302 is connected to the inlet port 220 of the cold storage container 200 and the single collecting line 304 is connected to the outlet port 230 of the cold storage container 200.

Here, the brine refers to a solution of heat transfer such as calcium chloride, sodium chloride and magnesium chloride, the brine for ice-making is a brine having a temperature of minus 30 degrees or less, and the brine for sea-ice is a brine having a temperature of 5 degrees or more.

The ice making process in the handmade ice cream manufacturing apparatus of the present invention having the above-described configuration is as follows.

First, the outer cylinder 110 of the ice-making and molding cylinder 100 is mounted in the accommodation space of the cold storage container 200. Then, ice cream is filled in the inner tube of the ice-making and molding machine. The filling of the ice material is possible both in a state where the inner tube is mounted on the outer tube or in a state where the inner tube is separated from the outer tube. And the inner tube is inserted into the outer tube of the ice-maker tube previously mounted in the accommodation space of the cold-storage container. When the ice-making brine for rapid ice-making of the ice-making and shaping bin is supplied to the receiving space of the cold-storing container, the ice-making material is frozen after a predetermined time of the inner barrel. When the ice material of the inner tube is completely frozen, the sea ice brine is supplied to the receiving space of the ice container to rapidly freeze the ice container. When the brine for sea ice is supplied to the cold storage vessel, the temperature of the outer tube is increased and the heat of the outer tube is conducted to the inner tube to melt the portion where the surface of the ice- If this process is omitted, it is necessary to dissolve the contact portion of the inner surface of the ice sheet and the inner surface of the inner tube through natural thawing for a long time in a separate space. However, it is possible to continuously carry out the process for de-molding without transferring the inner tube to another space or device by supplying the sea-brining brine to the accommodation space and replacing the supplied ice-making brine with the sea-brining brine as in the present invention.

Next, the process of separating the inner tube from the outer tube or extracting the inner tube from the inner tube is completed.

The foregoing description is merely illustrative of the technical idea of the present invention, and various changes and modifications may be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the essential characteristics of the present invention. Therefore, the embodiments disclosed in the present invention are intended to illustrate rather than limit the scope of the present invention, and the scope of the technical idea of the present invention is not limited by these embodiments. The scope of protection of the present invention should be construed according to the following claims, and all technical ideas within the scope of equivalents should be construed as falling within the scope of the present invention.
