Abstract
More specifically, the present invention relates to a vehicle-type turn-key socket assembly. More particularly, the present invention relates to a vehicle-use turn-key assembly which is installed in a vehicle, and when an external device plug is connected, an AC inverter is automatically operated to supply AC power. And the supply of power is cut off.
According to the present invention, there is also provided a plug connector comprising: a main body having a plug terminal insertion hole connected to a plug connection terminal; an inner cover having a plug terminal guide hole corresponding to the plug terminal insertion hole and rotatably installed at an upper portion of the main body; A switch for turning on when the plug is turned on and a switch for turning off when the switch is turned on when the plug is turned on and a control unit for applying AC power to the plug connecting terminal when the switch is turned on. When the plug is inserted, the power is automatically applied, and when the plug of the external device is inserted and unplugged, the power supply is cut off, so that the loss of the standby power can be prevented in advance, and the user's convenience can be improved.
Description
More specifically, the present invention relates to a vehicle-type turn-key socket assembly. More particularly, the present invention relates to a vehicle-use turn-key assembly which is installed in a vehicle, and when an external device plug is connected, an AC inverter is automatically operated to supply AC power. And the supply of power is cut off.
Generally, an outlet is a connecting device to be installed in an electric wiring. When a plug of an external device requiring power is connected, power can be supplied. Most of the outlets are installed on the wall in the building, but recently, the outlets have been installed in the vehicles.
However, since the battery mounted on the vehicle is charged with the DC power, the DC power of the battery is converted into the AC power using the AC inverter and supplied to the outlet. Further, an outlet provided in the vehicle is provided with an on-off switch for opening and closing the power source.
On the other hand, a conventional outlet used in a vehicle has a structure in which a driver or an occupant of the vehicle directly receives power by pressing or operating the on-off switch, so that the driver or the passenger must operate the on- There is a problem that troubles occur and user convenience is deteriorated.
Further, even when a plug of an external device is not connected due to a driver or a passenger misjudging, there is a problem that an on-off switch is kept in an on-state frequently, resulting in a loss of standby power.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a vehicular rotary type outlet assembly capable of automatically opening / closing a power source according to whether a plug of an external device is connected, .
It is another object of the present invention to provide a vehicular rotary type outlet assembly which can be more conveniently used by a user.
It is also an object of the present invention to provide a vehicular rotary type outlet assembly that can more easily identify whether or not a power source is supplied.
The objects of the present invention are not limited to the above-mentioned objects, and other objects not mentioned can be clearly understood by those skilled in the art from the following description.
According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a vehicle comprising: a main body having a plug terminal to which AC power is supplied from an AC inverter installed in a vehicle, and a plug terminal insertion hole connected to the plug terminal; An inner cover having a plug terminal guide hole corresponding to the plug terminal insertion hole and rotatably installed on the upper portion of the main body; A switch inserted into the upper portion of the main body and turned on when the inner cover rotates by a predetermined angle to be turned on and turned off when the inner cover returns to the normal position; And a controller for controlling the AC inverter to apply AC power to the plug connection terminal when the switch is turned on.
In a preferred embodiment, a protrusion for pressing the switch is formed on the bottom surface of the inner cover.
In a preferred embodiment, a chamfer is formed on the projection of the inner cover.
In a preferred embodiment, the plug can be inserted when the inner cover rotates by a predetermined angle so that the plug terminal guide hole is located on the same vertical line as the plug terminal insertion hole.
In a preferred embodiment, the switch is pressed and turned on by the projections of the inner cover when the plug terminal guide hole and the plug terminal insertion hole are positioned on the same vertical line.
In a preferred embodiment, a rotation shaft is protruded from a lower portion of the inner cover, and the main body is provided with a rotation shaft fixing hole to which the rotation shaft is coupled.
In a preferred embodiment, it further includes an energization display unit for indicating whether or not the AC power is applied to the plug connection terminal.
According to the above-mentioned problem solving means, the present invention provides a plug connector comprising: a main body having a plug terminal insertion hole connected to a plug connection terminal; an inner cover having a plug terminal guide hole corresponding to the plug terminal insertion hole, And a control unit for applying AC power to the plug connection terminal when the inner cover is rotated and pressed and when the switch returns to the normal position and when the switch is turned on. When the plug is inserted by rotating the inner cover, the power is automatically applied, and when the plug of the external device is inserted, the power is shut off.
That is, according to the present invention, even if a user does not operate a separate switch, power is automatically turned on or off depending on whether the external device is plugged or not, so that loss of standby power can be prevented beforehand, have.
In addition, since the present invention includes the energizing display portion for indicating whether or not the plug connection terminal is energized, it is possible to more easily identify whether or not the user supplies power.
