Description

Portable sterilizer {PORTABLE STERILIZER}

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a portable sterilizer, and more particularly, to a portable sterilizer having a simple structure for easy carrying and an improved sterilizing effect on bacteria on a main surface.

In general, a UV sterilizer is a sterilizer using a lamp that emits ultraviolet rays, and is irradiated only in either direction, either upwardly or downwardly.

For example, according to the structure in which the UV light irradiated by the UV lamp is directed upward, bacteria in the upper space around the UV lamp are sterilized, and on the contrary, according to the structure in which UV is directed downward, Bacteria in the space are sterilized.

Such a conventional UV sterilizer has a disadvantage in that the sterilizing effect of either the upper side or the lower side is excellent, but the other sterilizing effect is insufficient.

Accordingly, the present invention has been made in order to solve the above-mentioned problems, and it is an object of the present invention to provide an apparatus and a method for manufacturing the same, which can reduce the manufacturing cost, And it is an object of the present invention to provide a portable sterilizer which enables efficient sterilization in all directions.

According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a UV lamp comprising: a UV lamp arranged to be irradiated with UV light upward; A reflection plate disposed to face the UV lamp at a position spaced apart from the UV lamp so that light irradiated from the UV lamp is reflected and irradiated toward the bottom; And a refraction case arranged to surround the lamp and the reflector so as to close the lamp and the reflector and refract the light irradiated from the lamp and the reflector so as to be projected to the outside, Enabling efficient sterilization in all directions around the location.

It is preferable that the refracting case is formed such that the lower side is wide and the upper side is narrow so that UV lamp irradiation can be performed at various angles in the downward direction.

It is preferable that the present invention further comprises a guide lamp that allows the user to confirm the blinking state of the UV lamp independently of the UV lamp so as to enhance stability with use of the UV lamp.

The present invention preferably includes a lower cover which covers the lower side of the refraction case and is detachably coupled to the refraction case and on which the UV lamp is installed.

It is preferable that the lower cover further includes a contact pad so that the contact force with the bottom surface can be larger.

The portable sterilizer according to the present invention having the above-described construction comprises a UV lamp for irradiating UV toward the upper side, a reflector for reflecting the UV toward the lower side, UVs irradiated from the UV lamp and the reflector at various angles So that it can be easily stored and carried, and the manufacturing cost can be reduced. With this configuration, it is possible to effectively sterilize bacteria existing in all directions in the periphery The advantage that can be achieved is derived.

Hereinafter, a portable sanitizer according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a portable sanitizer according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 2 is a sectional view taken along a line II-II in FIG. 1, and FIG. 3 is a view for explaining a UV irradiation path in an embodiment of the present invention.

As shown in these drawings, the portable sterilizer according to the present invention comprises a UV lamp 10, a reflection plate 20, and a refraction case 30. [

In the present embodiment, the UV lamp 10 is provided on the substrate 12 so as to be irradiated with UV light upward, and the substrate 12 is provided on the lower cover 14. [ Here, the lower cover 14 covers the lower side of the refraction case 30, and a detailed description will be given later.

The reflector 20 is formed of a material capable of reflecting light such as a mirror and is arranged to face the UV lamp 10 at a position spaced apart from the UV lamp 10, And reflects the irradiated UV so that light can be irradiated toward the lower side.

The reflector 20 may be formed to have a flat plane, but it is preferable that the reflector 20 is formed to have a convex plane so that UV can be evenly distributed throughout the entire lower direction.

The refraction case 30 refracts the light irradiated from the lamp and the reflector 20 so that the refracted case 30 is projected to the outside. The refractor case 30 is disposed to surround the lamp and the reflector 20, It also protects.

The portable sanitizer according to an embodiment of the present invention having the above-described structure comprises a UV lamp 10 for irradiating UV light upward, a reflection plate 20 for reflecting the UV light toward the downside, And the refracting case 30 for refracting the UV light irradiated from the lamp 10 and the reflector 20 at various angles. As a result, it is possible to have a simple structure, which makes it easy to store and carry, Thus, it is possible to effectively sterilize the bacteria existing in all directions in the periphery provided in this embodiment.

The refraction case 30 is preferably made of a material capable of transmitting light, such as a glass material for forming a prism, and has a polygonal shape.

The refracting case 30 may be configured such that the lower side is wide and the upper side is narrow so that the UV reflected and projected by the reflector 20 can be refracted at various angles toward the outside lower side of the refractory case 30. [ It is preferable to be formed in a pyramid shape.

An embodiment of the present invention has been described above. Hereinafter, a portable sanitizer according to another embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to FIG.

4 is a sectional view of a portable sanitizer according to another embodiment of the present invention.

As shown in this drawing, the portable sterilizer according to another embodiment of the present invention further includes a guide lamp 102 which enables to confirm the blinking state of the UV lamp 100 separately from the UV lamp 100 .

The present embodiment having such a configuration is advantageous in that the stability of the product can be improved by making it possible to identify whether the invisible UV is operating as the guide lamp 102 is employed.

In this embodiment, the lower cover 140 is detachably coupled to the refractive case 300. That is, the lower cover 140 is provided with an insertion rib 140a, and the refraction case 300 is formed with an insertion groove 301 into which the insertion rib 140a is fitted. This embodiment having such a configuration makes it easy to assemble and separate the lower cover 140 and the refraction case 300, thereby enhancing convenience of assembly work and efficiency of post management.

5 is a cross-sectional view of a portable sanitizer according to another embodiment of the present invention. The lower cover 14 employed in the present embodiment further comprises a contact pad 40 made of, for example, a rubber material so that the contact force with the bottom surface can be increased.

According to this embodiment, since the contact force between the lower cover 14 and the bottom surface is increased, it is possible to prevent the product from being damaged or broken unexpectedly due to slippage of the product after installation of the product.

While the present invention has been described in connection with what is presently considered to be practical exemplary embodiments, it is to be understood that the invention is not limited to the disclosed embodiments, but is capable of numerous modifications and variations, It is self-evident.
