Abstract
The present invention relates to a breathable cap, comprising: a cap body; And a ventilation regulating mechanism coupled to the cap body, wherein the ventilation regulating mechanism includes: a fixing band disposed along an inner circumferential direction of the cap body and having a fixing pin fixed to the cap body at one end; A movable band having a plurality of vents, and being superimposed on the fixed band; And a ventilation control unit connected to the fixed band and the movable band and moving the movable band with respect to the fixed band so as to open a space between the fixed band and the movable band so that air can be circulated through the air vent .
Description
The present invention relates to a breathable cap, and more particularly, to a breathable cap capable of enhancing a breathable function as a functional cap, making it convenient for use, and particularly capable of being worn in a cool state even in summer.
A hat is a generic term for protecting the head from cold or heat, or for writing symbolic, army, or sports head ornamental or social status.
Particularly, in the case of a hat used in a famous baseball team, it is common to wear it frequently even if it is not a baseball player. People who like hats usually have several hats.
In recent years, Korean Patent Office No. 20-2010-0011617, Korean Patent Office No. 10-2007-0126951, Korean Patent Office No. 10-2000-0004211, Korean Patent Office No. 10- Various types of hats have been proposed as disclosed in, for example, 2002-0072809.
However, in the case of a cap known to date, it is common that it is equipped with a function of adjusting the size thereof to fit the head of the user, but the function of the cap is not set to the breathability.
Actually, in case of ventilating function, considering that it is difficult to apply a different structure to the cap body except for making the cap body in a mesh form, if a ventilation hole is made so as not to absorb moisture or sweat and the opening of the ventilation hole can be adjusted, It is expected that it will be possible to enhance the ventilation function as a new technology.
An object of the present invention is to provide a breathable cap which can enhance the function of breathability as a functional cap so as to provide convenience in use and which can be worn in a cool state even in summer.
The above object is achieved by a cap body comprising: And a ventilation regulating mechanism coupled to the cap body, wherein the ventilation regulating mechanism includes: a fixing band disposed along an inner circumferential direction of the cap body and having a fixing pin fixed to the cap body at one end; A movable band having a plurality of vents, and being superimposed on the fixed band; And a ventilation control unit connected to the fixed band and the movable band and moving the movable band with respect to the fixed band so as to open a space between the fixed band and the movable band to enable circulation of air to the ventilation hole Wherein the air-permeable cap has an air-permeable cap.
The ventilation control unit includes: a pinion gear rotatably disposed on an inner surface of the fixing band; An operating rotary gear connected to the pinion gear to rotate the pinion gear and disposed outside the cap body; And a rack gear formed on one side of the movable band and meshing with the pinion gear.
The ventilation control unit may further include a cover plate coupled to the fixed band in the pinion gear and the rack gear region.
The cover plate may be provided with a coupling hook, and the fixing band may be formed with a hooking protrusion to which the coupling hook is coupled.
An inner surface of the cover plate may be provided with a rotary shaft protrusion coupled to a rotary shaft center hole forming a central portion of the pinion gear to form a rotary shaft of the pinion gear.
A locking protrusion that is locked to a locking hole formed in the fixing band may be provided around the rotation shaft core projection.
Wherein the stopper plate is provided with a flip portion on which a stopper is formed and the stopper is selectively engaged with the stopper in a circumferential direction of the pinion gear so as to stop any rotation of the pinion gear Holes may be formed.
The remaining portion of the flip portion may be cut out from the cover plate.
A guide rib may be formed on the inner side of the cover plate so as not to be restricted by the movement of the rack gear.
The movable band may be formed such that a portion where the rack gear is formed is thicker than a portion where the air vents are formed.
According to the present invention, the breathable function as a functional cap can be enhanced, so that convenience in use can be achieved, and particularly, a breathable cap that can be worn in a cool state even in summer is provided.
