Abstract
The strainer is started. A strainer according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a filter fixedly installed in a pipe and including an inlet portion through which a fluid flows and a drain portion through which foreign matters contained in the fluid are filtered and discharged, A second filter opening / closing part connected to the first filter opening / closing part to open / close the first filter opening / closing part, and a guide part installed on the pipe for guiding movement of the second filter opening / closing part.
Description
The present invention relates to a strainer, and more particularly, to a strainer capable of cleaning a filter with a filter fixed.
The strainer is installed at the front of the pump or equipment and is used to remove impurities or debris contained in seawater, oil and the like.
Simplex type, duplex type, and Y-type are used as the strainer. In order to clean the filter, it is necessary to separate the filter from the strainer installed in the pipe.
However, since a large number of pipes are arranged in a narrow space in the space where the pipe is installed, it is difficult to secure a separate space for separating the strainer filter.
Embodiments of the present invention provide a strainer that can be cleaned without removing the filter of the strainer in order to clean the filter of the strainer in a narrow space.
According to one aspect of the present invention, there is provided a filter comprising: an inlet fixedly installed in a pipe, the inlet including a fluid inlet and the outlet for filtering foreign substances contained in the fluid; A first filter opening / closing part installed on the filter and opening / closing a discharge part of the filter; A second filter opening / closing unit connected to the first filter opening / closing unit to open / close the first filter opening / closing unit; And a guide installed on the pipe and guiding movement of the second filter opening / closing part.
The filter may be formed with a latching jaw for catching and discharging foreign matter when the first filter opening / closing part is opened.
The first filter opening / closing part may be formed with a hole to allow the fluid to flow.
The pipe may include a first pipe and a second pipe having flanges, and a flange may be formed at an inlet of the filter so as to be inserted between the flanges of the first pipe and the second pipe.
A flange is formed in the inlet portion of the filter, and the flange can be welded to the inner surface of the pipe.
Wherein the first and second filter opening and closing portions are provided in the first pipe and the second filter opening and closing portion is installed between the first pipe and the second pipe, have.
The strainer according to an embodiment of the present invention has an effect that the filter can be cleaned without separating since one side of the filter is opened using the opening and closing part.
