Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a cable separating fixture and a cable guiding apparatus having the same, and more particularly, to a cable separating apparatus for separating a plurality of cables from each other to prevent damage and disconnection due to friction between the cables, The present invention relates to a cable separating fixture capable of being fixed in multiple stages using a tie and a cable guide apparatus having the cable separating fixture.
A cable protector, known as a cable chain, is used in automation lines and the like to guide and guide the cable. The cable protection device may form a straight section when used or a curved section having a constant curvature.
Such a cable protection device is constituted such that one link member is continuously connected to protect and guide the cable in the straight section and the curved section as described above. The link member includes a pair of side bands opposed to each other with a predetermined gap, and an upper frame and a lower frame which connect the upper and lower portions of the pair of side bands, respectively.
The side bands are continuously connected so as to be rotatable for a predetermined period. A plurality of cables are positioned inside the space provided by the pair of side bands and the frame, and the plurality of cables are guided along the predetermined path while being protected by the cable chain.
Meanwhile, a divider for separating a plurality of cables from each other is provided inside the cable chain. This divider separates a plurality of cables from each other when a large number of cables are received in a cable chain, thereby preventing damage and disconnection of the cable due to friction between the cables.
Also, a plurality of cables located inside the cable chain are fixed using a cable tie. If multiple cables are fixed with cable ties, the cables can be aligned in a row and the tangling of the cables can be prevented.
Previously, a divider was provided inside the cable chain to detach the cable or fix the cable with a cable tie. In this case, the cable chain has a problem in that it becomes ineffective when the length of the cable chain is long or the width thereof is large.
In addition, there is a disadvantage in that the cable tie must be separately fastened, and the cables must be fastened with a cable tie in the narrow cable chain, which results in a decrease in working efficiency.
The above-described technical structure is a background technique for assisting the understanding of the present invention, and does not mean the prior art widely known in the technical field to which the present invention belongs.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION Accordingly, it is an object of the present invention to provide a cable separation fixture which can improve work efficiency by separating and fixing a plurality of cables at a spaced apart position from a cable chain, .
It is another object of the present invention to provide a cable separating fixture which is capable of separating and fixing cables arranged in a plurality of layers at one time by using one fixing member.
According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a cable rack comprising: a pair of bracket frames spaced apart from a cable chain for supporting a cable; an upper frame connecting the upper portions of the pair of bracket frames; A base frame provided with a lower frame; A plurality of separators detachably coupled to the pair of base frames to separate a plurality of cables passing through the base frame in the height direction of the base frame; And a cable separation fixture coupled to the upper frame and the lower frame, the cable separation fixture having a plurality of separators penetrating therethrough, wherein the cable separation fixture separates a plurality of cables passing through the base frame in the longitudinal direction of the base frame And a plurality of cables are fastened in multiple stages in the height direction of the base frame by being provided as fastening places of cable ties for fastening the plurality of cables.
Wherein the cable separation fixture includes a fixture body detachably connected to the upper frame and the lower frame to separate the cables in the longitudinal direction of the base frame and provided with separator through holes through which the plurality of separators pass; And a plurality of cable fixing rods provided in a height direction of the fixture body so as to be parallel to the plurality of cables and provided as a fastening place of the cable tie and fixing the plurality of cables in multiple stages in the height direction of the base frame have.
The plurality of cable fixtures may be provided with at least one stopper protrusion for fixing the cable tie to be fastened.
The plurality of cable fasteners may have different lengths from each other.
The plurality of cable fixtures may be provided to be symmetrical with each other on both sides of the fixture body.
According to another aspect of the present invention, there is provided a cable separating apparatus including: a plurality of cables supported by a cable chain, the separators being divided into a plurality of cables in a lengthwise direction of the plurality of cables and separating the plurality of cables in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction; Fixture body; And a cable tie provided in a height direction of the fixture body so as to be parallel to the plurality of cables to fix the plurality of cables, wherein a plurality of cables The cable separation fixture may include a cable fixture, wherein the plurality of cable fixtures are provided to have different lengths from each other.
The fixture body may be detachably coupled to the cable chain.
The fastener body may be detachably coupled to the base frame, which is spaced apart from the cable chain and supports the plurality of cables separately from the cable chain.
In the embodiments of the present invention, the base frame to which the cable separating fastener is coupled is disposed apart from the cable chain, a plurality of cables passing through the base frame are separated in the longitudinal direction of the base frame by the cable separating fastener, A plurality of cables can be fixed by tie but can be fixed in multiple stages in the height direction of the base frame, thereby improving working efficiency and safely protecting the cable.
The cable separating fixture includes a plurality of cable fixtures, wherein a cable fixture located on the uppermost side of the fixture body among the plurality of cable fixtures has a shortest length, and the length of the cable fixture increases with increasing distance to the lower side of the fixture body, So that the cable having various diameters can be stably fixed.
