Abstract
A tooth for orthodontic treatment according to the present invention comprises: a body having a pair of vertical frames extending downward at both ends of a horizontal frame and a horizontal frame; A pair of holders integrally formed at a lower end of the pair of vertical frames; An abrasive blade having both ends fixed to a pair of holders; And a handle integrally formed on one of the pair of holders, wherein the holder surrounds the lower end of the abrasive blade so as to surround both sides of the abrasive blade and is bent upward, and the abrasive blade is pressed between the holders .
Therefore, the tooth for orthodontic treatment according to the present invention provides a structure in which a tooth-polishing blade is fixed to a holder coupled to a body, so that the tooth-polishing blade is not separated from the body during orthodontic treatment, It is possible to prevent the bending of the body during orthodontic treatment.
Description
The present invention relates to a tooth for orthodontic treatment, and more particularly, to a tooth for orthodontic treatment, which comprises a blade for polishing a predetermined portion of a tooth surface and a body for fixing the blade, .
Generally, in the orthodontic treatment at the dentist, the tooth surface which is the surface between the teeth is worn to secure the space between the teeth.
In this case, the orthodontic strip is mainly used. The conventional orthodontic strip is composed of a tooth polishing blade, a body fixing both ends of the tooth polishing blade, and a handle that can be connected to the body and the dental handpiece.
Such a conventional orthodontic strip has a problem that the tooth polishing blade is joined to the body by spot welding, and the tooth polishing blade is separated from the body during the orthodontic treatment.
Registration Practical Utility Model No. 20-0447443 discloses that a polishing member is welded to support holders coupled to a frame body. However, the registered utility model No. 20-0447443 also discloses that during the orthodontic treatment There is a problem that the abrasive members welded to the support holders may fall off.
The orthodontic strip according to the present invention is intended to solve the problems of the conventional orthodontic strip as described above, and aims to solve the following problems.
First, it is intended to provide a structure in which the tooth polishing blade is not separated from the body during orthodontic treatment.
Second, it is intended to provide a reinforcing structure for preventing bending of a body for fixing a tooth polishing blade.
The orthodontic strip according to the present invention preferably includes a body having a pair of vertical frames extending downward from both ends of the horizontal frame and the horizontal frame.
It is preferable that the tooth for orthodontic treatment according to the present invention includes a pair of holders integrally formed at a lower end of a pair of vertical frames.
It is preferable that the teeth for orthodontic treatment according to the present invention include an abrasive blade having both ends fixed to a pair of holders.
It is preferable that the strip for orthodontic treatment according to the present invention includes a handle integrally formed on one side of one of the pair of holders.
In the orthodontic strip according to the present invention, it is preferable that the body is provided with a reinforcing portion along the transverse frame and the longitudinal frame.
In the orthodontic strip according to the present invention, it is preferable that the body is a plate having a predetermined thickness, and the reinforcing portion is formed by embossing along the longitudinal center of the plate.
In the tooth for orthodontic treatment according to the present invention, it is preferable that the holder surrounds the lower end of the abrasive blade so as to surround both sides of the abrasive blade and is bent upward, and the abrasive blade is pressed between the holders.
In the tooth for orthodontic treatment according to the present invention, it is preferable that a holder is formed with a pushing portion of a predetermined depth to prevent the abrasive blade from coming off.
In the teeth for orthodontic treatment according to the present invention, it is preferable that the abrasive blade is formed with an insertion groove or an insertion hole to insert the pressing portion.
In the orthodontic strip according to the present invention, it is preferable that a plurality of pores are formed in the polishing blade.
In the orthodontic strip according to the present invention, it is preferable that the handle is formed by rolling a plate extending from the body.
The following effects can be expected in the orthodontic strip according to the present invention.
First, it provides a structure in which a tooth-polishing blade is fixed to a holder coupled to the body, so that the tooth-polishing blade is not separated from the body during the orthodontic treatment.
Secondly, it is possible to prevent the bending of the body during the orthodontic treatment by providing a reinforcing structure formed on the body.
The effects of the present invention are not limited to those mentioned above, and other effects not mentioned can be clearly understood by those skilled in the art from the following description.
