매핑프로그램을 이용하여 중앙처리부에 엘이디의 물리적인 주소를 포함하는 코드를 입력하는 코드입력부; 메모리에 상기 입력받은 코드를 저장하고 외부에서 파워가 입력되면 상기 메모리에 저장된 코드를 영상처리부에 전송하는 중앙처리부; 및 상기 중앙처리부로부터 입력받은 코드를 제2메모리에 입력하고, 영상전송부로부터 입력받은 영상정보를 상기 제2메모리에 입력하며 상기 입력된 코드와 영상정보를 이용하여 옥외전광판의 엘이디 배치에 대응이 되는 영상정보만을 추출하여 옥외전광판의 제어부로 전송하는 영상처리부를 포함하여 특정 형상의 옥외경관조명판에 대응이 되는 이동하는 장면을 포함한 다양한 영상을 송출할 수 있도록 구성되되,
상기 영상처리부는
