Claims (4)

이용자가 착석하는 시트(11) 및 등받이(12)와, 상기 시트(11) 및 등받이(12)의 하방 및 후방에 구비되는 등받이 프레임(20)과, 상기 등받이 프레임(20)을 따라서 승하강하여 안마 기능을 수행하는 안마 기기(100)를 포함하여 구성되는 전동안마의자(1)에 있어서,
상기 안마 기기(100)는,
상측부(110a)와 하측부(110b)와 좌우측부(110c,110d)의 폐형태로 이루어지는 메인 프레임(110)과,
상기 메인 프레임(110)의 일측에 구비되어서 안마 기기(100)를 상기 등받이 프레임(20)을 따라서 승하강시키는 승강 모듈(120)과,
상기 메인 프레임(110)에 구비되어서 안마 동작을 수행하는 안마 모듈(130)과,
상기 안마 모듈(130)이 구비되며, 상단이 상기 메인 프레임(110)의 상측부(110a)에 회전가능하도록 설치되어서 상기 메인 프레임(110)의 상측부를 회전축으로 설정된 각도범위 내에서 회전 운동함으로써, 상기 안마 모듈(130)을 전방 및 상방으로 밀어 올리는 스윙 모듈(140)과,
상기 메인 프레임(110)의 상측부(110a)에 설치되는 제1 브라켓(112)과,
상기 제1 브라켓(112)보다 높은 위치에서 상기 메인 프레임(110)의 상측부(110a)에 구비되는 제2 브라켓(113)을 포함하여 구성되고,
상기 스윙 모듈(140)은,
상기 제1 브라켓(112)에 제1 회전축(141a)에 의해서 회전가능하도록 설치되는 스윙 프레임(141)과, 상방으로 개방된 ∪ 자 형태로서, 상기 스윙 프레임(141)에 설치되는 제1 마운트(143)와, 상기 너트 연결부재(155)와 제1 마운트(143)를 연결하는 축핀(144)과, 일측이 상기 메인 프레임(110)의 상측부(110a)에 연결되고, 타측이 상기 스윙 프레임(141)의 연결되며, 일 방향 회전에 의해서 상기 스윙 프레임(141)이 일 방향으로 회전하여서 상기 안마 모듈(130)을 전방 및 상방으로 밀어내고, 타 방향 회전에 의해서 상기 스윙 프레임(141)이 타 방향으로 회전하여서 상기 안마 모듈(130)을 후퇴시키는 스윙 구동부(150)를 포함하여 구성되며,
상기 스윙 구동부(150)는,
스윙모터(151)와, 상기 스윙모터(151)에 연결되어서 회전하는 리드스크류(152)와, 상기 리드스크류(152)의 외주면에 나합되어서 상기 리드스크류(152)가 일 방향으로 회전하는 경우에는 하강하고 상기 리드스크류(152)가 타 방향으로 회전하는 경우에는 상승하는 승강너트(153)와, 일측이 상기 제2 브라켓(113)에 체결되고, 타측이 상기 스윙모터(151)에 체결되어서 스윙모터(151)를 제2 브라켓(113)에 연결 고정하는 모터 연결부재(154)와, 일측이 상기 승강너트(153)에 체결되고, 타측이 상기 스윙 프레임(141)에 체결되는 너트 연결부재(155)를 포함하여 구성되며,
상기 스윙 프레임(141)과 상기 안마 모듈(130) 사이에 설치되고, 에어 컴프레셔에서 공급되는 에어(air)에 의해서 안마 모듈(130)을 평행 이동시키는 에어 푸시 모듈(160)이 더 포함되어서 구성되며,
상기 에어 푸시 모듈(160)은,
상기 안마 모듈(130)의 배면 상측에 고정 설치되고, ∩ 자 형태의 에어백 지지대(164)와, 전측이 상기 에어백 지지대(164)에 고정되고 후측이 상기 스윙 프레임(141)에 고정되며, 팽창과 수축에 의해서 상기 안마 모듈(130)을 밀거나 당기는 에어백(163)을 포함하여 구성되며,
상기 스윙 프레임(141)은 전방으로 오목하고 후방으로 볼록한 궁형으로 형성되고, 상기 스윙 프레임(141)의 하측에는 체결공(145a)이 형성된 하측 브라켓(145)이 형성되어 있으며, 상기 하측 브라켓(145)의 체결공(145a)에 끼움 고정되는 체결핀(P1)이 안마 모듈(130)에 구비되어 있어서, 상기 체결핀(P1)이 체결공(145a)에 끼어져서 상기 안마 모듈(130)이 궁형의 스윙 프레임(141)에 고정되며,
상기 스윙 프레임(141)의 하단에는 멈춤편(146)이 하방으로 돌출 형성되어 있고, 상기 메인 프레임(110)의 하측부(110b)에는 스토퍼(114)가 상방으로 돌출형성되어 있어서, 상기 스윙 프레임(141)이 회전 운동하는 경우 상기 메인 프레임(110)의 전방 영역에서만 회전운동할 수 있도록 하고, 상기 멈춤편(146)이 스토퍼(114)에 의해서 스토핑되어서 상기 스윙 프레임(141)이 메인 프레임(110)의 후방으로는 회전하지 못하도록 하며,
상기 안마 모듈(130)의 마사지 롤러(135)에 내장되어서 열을 발생하는 온열 모듈(170)이 더 포함되어서 구성되고,
상기 온열 모듈(170)에서 발생된 열은 마사지 롤러(135)를 통해서 전달되는 것을 특징으로 하는 안마성능이 향상된 전동안마의자.
