Description

[0001] Apparatus for Transporting and Storing Power Device [0002]

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to an apparatus for safely transporting and storing an inflow-type power equipment such as a power transformer, a power capacitor, a power transformer, a discharge coil, etc., used in a power system.

Among the power equipment used in the electric power system in general, the inflow type electric power equipment such as the power transformer, the electric power capacitor, the power transformer, the discharge coil and the like is used for cooling the heat generated by the electric insulation and the electric resistance, Is used as an insulating medium.

Such electric insulating oil is classified into a transformer oil, a breaker oil, a condenser oil, and a cable oil depending on the type of the electric power equipment, and the performance and characteristics may be changed accordingly. The electric insulating oil is usually a mineral oil, alkylbenzene, polybutene, Silicon oil, additives, PCBs (Polychlorinated Biphenyls), and the like.

Among them, biphenyl chloride provides a high electrical stability and is widely used as insulating oil for transformers. However, it is a harmful substance contained in Persistent Organic Pollutants (POPs). It is a harmful substance of dioxins, In Korea, since 1977, it has been prohibited to use it for electric power equipment such as transformer. In 1996, it started to manufacture and import PCBs-containing materials. .

However, in the case of electric equipment already manufactured and installed before the above-mentioned regulation, electric insulating oil including the above-mentioned pibene chloride is used. Therefore, if electric insulating oil leaks due to breakage of equipment during transportation and storage of such electric power equipment, The problem of stigma is inevitable. Currently, power equipment containing PCSs is compulsory to be regulated and managed in accordance with the Persistent Organic Pollutant Management Act.

On the other hand, the power equipment to be discarded due to the end of its life can be recycled through the process of chemically treating the pollutant, and a single treatment system is disclosed in Patent No. 10-914156. However, for recycling, the power equipment separated from the power system is collected, transported, and transported to a predetermined place, for example, an oil immersed type transformer as shown in Fig. It is necessary to go through the process of transportation. In this process, electric insulating oil leaks and the soil is contaminated.

Therefore, the Applicant has conceived of a technique capable of stably handling the electrical insulating oil in accordance with the Residual Organic Pollutant Control Law by preventing leakage of electric insulating oil during transportation and storage of electric power equipment including harmful electric insulating oil.

The terms and words used in the present specification and claims should not be construed as limited to ordinary or dictionary meanings and should be construed in accordance with the technical meanings and concepts of the present invention.

The present invention relates to a power equipment transporting and storing device for transporting and storing electric equipment using electric insulating oil as an insulating medium. 2 and 3, FIG. 2 is an exploded perspective view of a power equipment transportation and storage apparatus according to one embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 3 is an incision view thereof. As shown in the figure, the power equipment carrying and storing apparatus according to one embodiment of the present invention includes a top cover portion 10, a side cover portion 20, and a bottom support portion 30, 40.

The top cover 10 covers the power equipment from above and protects the power equipment from external environmental factors such as rain, snow and dust coming from above. It is configured in the usual lid type so that the user can easily grasp the top of the power equipment by holding it by hand. In the configuration, a special protruding feature 15 may be included to match the shape of the structure formed on the top surface of the power equipment. In the figure, a cylindrical protrusion 15 is formed at one end of the upper surface, in order to accommodate the protruding lead portion at the upper end of the transformer when the power equipment is an inflow transformer as shown in Fig. However, this shape is merely an example, and if the power equipment has a different shape, the shape of the protrusion may be formed so as to correspond thereto.

The side cover part 20 covers the side of the power equipment and serves as a cover for protecting the power equipment from the external environment introduced from the side. Therefore, it should be made of a soft material so that the power equipment can be completely sealed, and it should be made of a soft material, since the user must be able to cover the outer surface of the power equipment. In addition, it is preferable to have a hardness enough to hold a certain cylindrical shape for the connection with the upper cover part. The side cover portion 20 is fabricated in accordance with the shape of the outer surface of the electric power equipment as shown in FIG. So that it can be easily mounted. The adhesive portion 25 in the longitudinal direction may be removably attachable and detachable by a velcro or zipper method for easy operation by the user.

The lower supports 30, 40 are for supporting the power equipment from below and protect the power equipment from external environmental influences coming from the under side of the power equipment. In addition, the lower support portions 30 and 40 support loads of the power equipment underneath and serve to buffer shocks caused by direct friction with the ground.

FIG. 4 is an exploded view showing a state in which the equipment mounting part of the lower support part and the contaminant storage part are combined in the present invention. 4, the lower supporting portions 30 and 40 include a device seating portion 30 and a contaminant storing portion 40. The device seating portion 30 includes a component It is preferable that it is made of a material having not only light but also sufficient hardness together with the pollutant storage portion 40. [ The device seating portion 30 may be configured in the form of a flat surface for seating the lower end of the power equipment and may include a lower central portion for collecting the electrical insulating oil leaking from the power equipment to a central location, The center path 32 can be formed at the center of the convex portion.

The pollutant storage part 40 is located below the equipment seating part 30 and a storage space for storing contaminants leaking from the power equipment and accumulating through the equipment seating part 30 is formed. The pollutants stored in the storage space are not greatly damaged in the equipment, but a small amount of leaking owing to the formation of fine gaps in the closed part due to long use is continuously accumulated. It is desirable that the volume of the storage space is appropriately formed in consideration of the amount of water that flows out from the equipment in general.

The contaminants stored in the storage space are processed by the operator after the electric power equipment and the apparatus seating unit 30 are removed together from the contaminant storage unit 40 or through the discharge pipe 41 installed in the contaminant storage unit 40 And can be removed in a manner sucked in and sucked from the outside.

As shown in the drawings, the pollutant discharge pipe 41 is connected to the pollutant discharge port 71, and the pollutant discharge pipe 41 is connected to the pollutant discharge port 71 along the outer surface of the pollutant storage unit And is extended beyond the height of the storage space of the pollutant storage part (40).

In this configuration, only contaminants need to be accumulated in the storage space of the contaminant storage unit 40. When water is introduced into or formed in the storage space of the contaminant storage unit 40 due to rainfall, snowfall, This can lead to a lack of space to occupy. By the fact that the structure including the contaminant discharge pipe 41 and the fact that the water introduced from the outside is located under the contaminant having a specific gravity of 1 and a specific gravity of 1 or less (about 0.9) And is naturally externally discharged through the pollutant discharge pipe (41). Therefore, even when a large amount of water is formed in the inner space of the pollutant storage unit 40, the pollutant is always pushed out by the difference of the specific gravity, and thus the space for storing the pollutant need not be sacrificed.

The side cover part 20 is made of a soft material that winds the power equipment in a lateral direction and can bond the beginning part and the end part of the power equipment. The top cover part 10 and the side cover part 20 and between the side cover portion 20 and the equipment seating portion 30 of the lower support portion. These adhesives can be constructed by attaching a velcro strap or a zipper rail strap so that they can be easily detached and attached by a user.

Fig. 5 is an incision view for showing the configuration of the equipment mounting portion of the lower support portion in the present invention, which is a top view (a) and a bottom view (b). 5A, the apparatus seating portion 30 includes a closed loop type protruding rib 51 protruding upward from the bottom surface, a center portion 52 of the inner space 52 defined by the protruding ribs 51, A center path 32 formed in the outer circumferential surface of the outer circumferential surface of the outer circumferential surface to guide contaminants to the contaminant storage portion and a outer space 53 defined by the protruding ribs 51 to guide contaminants to the contaminant storage portion 40 (33). The bottom surface is configured to have a two-step inclination. The outer surface includes a first-end inclined portion 54 and a second-end inclined portion 55 having an inclination higher than the first- The pollutant leaking from the equipment can be rapidly collected toward the center path 32 and stored through the central path 32 to the lower pollutant storage part 40. A predetermined engaging groove 56 may be formed at the lower edge of the equipment seating portion 30 so as to be coupled to the contaminant storage portion 40.

FIG. 6 is a cut-away view showing the configuration of the contaminant storage part of the lower support part in the present invention, which is a top view (a), a bottom view (b), a contaminated discharge pipe assembled view (c) (D) of FIG. 6, the contaminant storage unit 40 may include a bottom member 72, an upper support plate member 73, and a lower support plate member 74.

Here, the bottom member 72 includes a dome-shaped plate member having the contaminant discharge port 71 formed at the center thereof and a downwardly convex dome-shaped plate member for dividing the contaminant storage unit 40 into an upper storage space and a lower support space Element. The dome-shaped bottom shape can be configured so that the contaminants transferred from the equipment seating portion 30, in particular through the side passage 33, are centered. The upper support plate member 73 is a component protruding upward from the upper surface of the bottom member 72, and is constituted by a plurality of radial members. The lower support plate member 74 protrudes downward from the lower surface of the bottom member 72 and is formed of a plurality of radial members.

5 (b), the present invention is characterized in that a plurality of double projections 58 radially protrude from the lower surface of the equipment seating portion 30, And the upper support plate member 73 is inserted into the gap 60. When the apparatus mounting portion 30 and the pollutant storage portion 40 are combined, they must be firmly coupled without being separated from each other during the transportation movement.

In the following description of the power equipment storage and transportation apparatus of the present invention, the overall shape of the embodiment shown in the drawings is only a circular shape. However, this is only an embodiment of the present invention, It will be understood that various modifications may be made therein depending on the form, and all such modified forms are included in the scope of the present invention. That is, for example, the top cover 10 and the bottom supports 30 and 40 may have a rectangular or circular shape corresponding to the shape of the bottom surface of the power equipment. Also, in the case of the side cover portion 20, it may be configured to have a preformed shape corresponding to the shape of the outer surface of the power equipment.
