Among the power equipment used in the electric power system in general, the inflow type electric power equipment such as the power transformer, the electric power capacitor, the power transformer, the discharge coil and the like is used for cooling the heat generated by the electric insulation and the electric resistance, Is used as an insulating medium.
Such electric insulating oil is classified into a transformer oil, a breaker oil, a condenser oil, and a cable oil depending on the type of the electric power equipment, and the performance and characteristics may be changed accordingly. The electric insulating oil is usually a mineral oil, alkylbenzene, polybutene, Silicon oil, additives, PCBs (Polychlorinated Biphenyls), and the like.
Among them, biphenyl chloride provides a high electrical stability and is widely used as insulating oil for transformers. However, it is a harmful substance contained in Persistent Organic Pollutants (POPs). It is a harmful substance of dioxins, In Korea, since 1977, it has been prohibited to use it for electric power equipment such as transformer. In 1996, it started to manufacture and import PCBs-containing materials. .
However, in the case of electric equipment already manufactured and installed before the above-mentioned regulation, electric insulating oil including the above-mentioned pibene chloride is used. Therefore, if electric insulating oil leaks due to breakage of equipment during transportation and storage of such electric power equipment, The problem of stigma is inevitable. Currently, power equipment containing PCSs is compulsory to be regulated and managed in accordance with the Persistent Organic Pollutant Management Act.
On the other hand, the power equipment to be discarded due to the end of its life can be recycled through the process of chemically treating the pollutant, and a single treatment system is disclosed in Patent No. 10-914156. However, for recycling, the power equipment separated from the power system is collected, transported, and transported to a predetermined place, for example, an oil immersed type transformer as shown in Fig. It is necessary to go through the process of transportation. In this process, electric insulating oil leaks and the soil is contaminated.
Therefore, the Applicant has conceived of a technique capable of stably handling the electrical insulating oil in accordance with the Residual Organic Pollutant Control Law by preventing leakage of electric insulating oil during transportation and storage of electric power equipment including harmful electric insulating oil.
