Description
More particularly, the present invention relates to a swing type advertising apparatus installed on a road, and more particularly, to a swing type advertising apparatus provided on a road so that even when a billboard is rotated by wind or wind pressure, the billboard is restored to its original position, So as to maintain a stable suspended state.
Generally, a road guide display device is a signboard that displays information such as various traffic information and advertisements through a driver's viewpoint. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made to solve the above problems and it is an object of the present invention to provide a billboard in which a billboard installed on a road is rotated by wind to return to the original position even when the billboard is pivoted by wind pressure, And the advertisement effect is increased.

The position restoring member may be formed on the billboard so that the billboard is returned to the original position when the wind or wind pressure applied to the billboard is removed.
The billboard may absorb or repel impact generated by the position restoring member when the billboard rotates by wind, and an elastic member may be formed on one side of the position restoring member.
The billboard may have a rotation axis insertion hole into which the rotation axis is inserted, and the rotation axis insertion hole may be formed long in the vertical direction.
At least one end of the rotary shaft is provided with a power generating portion for receiving the rotational force of the billboard or the rotary shaft to generate electricity. The power generating portion may decelerate the rotational speed of the rotary shaft or the billboard.
