Abstract
The present invention relates to a micro needle instrument, comprising: a main body; A drug storage container to which a drug infusion section is coupled to a front surface and is inserted into a rear surface of the main body; And a needle portion coupled to a front surface of the main body and having a drug receiving portion connected to the drug injecting portion at a rear surface thereof so that a part of the drug in the drug storage container is moved to the drug receiving portion of the needle portion through the drug injecting portion to be filled , And it is possible to repeatedly inject the necessary amount of drug into a single microneedle device whenever necessary, which is advantageous when the drug is divided into several injections.
Description
The present invention relates to a microneedle device, and more particularly, to a microneedle device, in which a drug stored in a drug storage container is filled in a drug storage portion of a needle portion for injecting a drug into the skin through needles while moving discontinuously, To a microneedle mechanism.
An immunologically active agent or drug (hereinafter referred to as a " drug ") such as a therapeutic agent or a vaccine is generally injected into the body by oral administration or injection administration. However, in the case of oral administration, many drugs are not absorbed directly into the bloodstream due to the action of digestive enzymes or the like in the gastrointestinal tract and are not fully effective. Drugs such as aspirin can also damage the digestive tract.
In the case of injection administration, the drug is directly injected into the blood stream through the skin or vein. Therefore, the drug can be injected into the bloodstream without being deformed by the digestive enzymes in the digestive tract as in oral administration. However, Or pathogenic infections.
In order to overcome the disadvantages of such oral administration or injection administration, there has recently been actively studied a transdermal administration method in which a drug is administered through a skin into a local tissue or systemic circulation system.
An example of a device using such a transdermal administration method is a micro needle device having a micro needle head provided with a plurality of micro needles. In this microneedle device, the microneedles act to pierce the skin layer including the stratum corneum of the skin physically without causing pain upon administration of the drug. Thus, by the piercing of the skin layer through the microneedles when the drug is administered, the microneedle mechanism can speed up the delivery of the drug supplied through the drug supply unit to the dermal layer of the skin.
However, such a conventional micro needle instrument has a disadvantage in that most of the charged drug is completed by one injection, so that it can not be discontinuously injected with a necessary amount of one micro needle mechanism.
Disclosure of the Invention The present invention has been made in order to solve all of the above problems, and it is an object of the present invention to provide an apparatus and a method for sterilizing a drug stored in a drug storage container, A portion of the needle portion is discontinuously moved to the drug accommodation portion of the needle portion to be filled.
According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a micro needle mechanism comprising: a main body; A drug storage container to which a drug infusion section is coupled to a front surface and is inserted into a rear surface of the main body; And a needle portion coupled to a front surface of the main body and having a drug receiving portion connected to the drug injecting portion at a rear surface thereof so that a part of the drug in the drug storage container is moved to the drug receiving portion of the needle portion through the drug injecting portion to be filled .
In addition, it is preferable that the drug storage container is elastically moved by the pushing or releasing operation of the back surface of the drug storage container so that the drug injection portion on the front surface is opened and closed.
The drug injection unit may include: a cap unit coupled to a front surface of the drug storage container so as to prevent the drug from leaking; A drug injection tube connected to the drug storage container at a central portion of the cap portion; And an elastic spring fastened to a drug injection tube between the stopping jaw and the drug storage container to elastically move the drug storage container by compressing and restoring the elastic spring .
In addition, it is preferable that the drug storage container is capable of restoring the drug.
Preferably, the needle unit is inserted and fixed to the front surface of the main body by coupling the needle assembly with the microneedles coupled with the drug receiver having the drug receiving unit.
And a protective cap coupled to the front surface of the main body to receive the needle portion.
The apparatus may further include a pushing groove formed at a rear end of the main body for movement of the drug storage container.
According to the microneedle mechanism of the present invention, it is possible to repeatedly inject a drug into a necessary amount by one microneedle mechanism whenever necessary, which is advantageous when the drug is divided into several injections.
