상기 방송 실행을 위한 소정 기능은 채널 변경 기능과 볼륨 조절 기능을 포함하고, 상기 기본 프로그램은 미들웨어/응용 프로그램으로부터 독립된 프로세스임을 특징으로 하는 셋톱 박스의 초기화 방법.
