Abstract
Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention [0002] The present invention relates to a high-vacuum road surface sweeper, and more particularly, to a high-vacuum road surface sweeper capable of preventing a loss of suction force of a blower by minimizing contamination of a filter.
In general, local governments or agencies that manage roads regularly carry out cleaning work to remove foreign substances from roads that are already constructed and used, thereby maintaining and managing the roads in a clean condition.
Especially, it is very important to treat waste in relation to the beauty of the city. Among these, cleaning of roads and roads is very important because of the characteristics of cities where high population is concentrated.
As a result, road surface sweepers are being used as a way to maintain and manage the road surface in a clean condition even with a small workforce.
As is known, the road surface sweeper uses the suction force to suck air and foreign matter together from the road surface, and the sucked air passes through the filter device in the vehicle, and foreign matters are filtered. The air filtered by the foreign matter is discharged again into the atmosphere, and the foreign matter filtered by the filter device is loaded in the loading box of the vehicle and then processed separately.
Particularly, foreign matter contained in the air is primarily filtered by the filter member in the loading portion formed on the rear side of the road sweeping car, and is guided to the dust collecting filter. Since the filter member is located in the loading portion, There is a problem in that the suction force of the blower driven to suck foreign matter on the road surface is lost due to adhesion of the lightweight facings such as floating leaves, which are adhered to the filter member, thereby lowering the operating efficiency.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION Accordingly, it is an object of the present invention to provide a high-vacuum road sweeper capable of preventing foreign matter from sticking to a filter and causing interference with a suction force of a blower.

The air in the
Therefore, when the air in the main mounting
One end of the
The
The

Preferably, the air that has passed through the
In addition, the
The
Although the
A plurality of baffles may be formed on the side of the
The plurality of
In addition, the cross-sectional shape of each baffle 112a may be formed in a triangular shape protruding toward the inside of the main mounting
That is, the
This makes it possible to prevent the face material such as fallen leaves from directly colliding with and sticking to the
On the other hand, a vacuum is formed inside the main mounting
