Abstract
An air cap insulating sheet is disclosed. The air-cap insulating sheet according to the present invention can be attached to the surface to be adhered by a vacuum adsorption method through a first suction groove provided to be inwardly recessed in the center of the plurality of air caps.
Description
The present invention relates to an air cap insulating sheet used as a heat insulating material.
The air-cap insulating sheet, which is normally used for the purpose of thermal insulation, is used to reduce the heat loss rate caused by the temperature difference between indoor and outdoor by attaching to the window in winter.
In order to attach the air-cap insulating sheet, a film material provided in a roll form is unfolded, an altar is cut to a desired size, and water is sprayed on the window so that the film adheres to the glass with the surface tension of water between the film and the window.
However, when the sprayed water is normally dried, the surface tension weakens, and the film starts to peel off from the glass window from the end of the film. Especially in winter, when the rolls are circulated, the restoring force of the stretched film to return to the roll shape accelerates the peeling phenomenon. In order to prevent peeling, some installers use additional attachment means such as applying double-sided tape. Such an air-cap insulating sheet with a double-sided tape is difficult to recycle as well as another problem of making glass windows dirty through taping marks ≪ / RTI >
On the other hand, the adhered air-cap insulating sheet appears to be attached to the glass window without falling off even when the area is peeled off by about 40%. The heat loss rate becomes larger by the peeled area, .
An embodiment of the present invention seeks to provide an air cap insulating sheet that can be easily attached to any person and does not fall off.
According to an aspect of the present invention, an air cap insulating sheet in which a first suction groove is recessed inwardly at the center of a plurality of air caps may be provided.
Wherein the air cap insulation sheet comprises first and second films laminated to each other, the air cap is provided to protrude from the second film to the opposite side of the first film, and the first suction groove is formed in a protruding direction And may be formed to be recessed toward the first film at the center of the tip.
The second film on the center side of the first adsorption groove may be provided to adhere to the first film.
The air-cap insulating sheet may further include a third film laminated on the second film facing the first film, and the third film may be provided with a second suction groove recessed to conform to the first suction groove.
The air cap may have a round or polygonal perimeter.
The back surface of the first film opposite to the second film may be a heat reflection coating or a dew condensation preventing coating.
Further comprising at least one third film laminated on the first film opposite to the lamination direction of the second film,
Wherein the air cap insulating sheet further comprises an additional film layer laminated to the first film opposite to the second film, wherein the additional film layer includes an air cap forming multiple heat insulating layers together with the air cap of the second film can do.
The air-cap insulating sheet according to the embodiment of the present invention forms a heat insulating layer with excellent adsorptive power to minimize the peeling phenomenon from the adherend surface and to maintain the adiabatic effect.
In addition, the construction of the air-cap insulating sheet according to the present embodiment is very simple as compared with the existing air-cap insulating sheet construction method in which the air-cap insulating sheet is attached only by water.
In addition, the air-cap insulating sheet having the heat reflecting function or the dew condensation preventing function on the first film facing the room can further maximize the effect of heat insulation in the room.
The effects according to the present invention are not limited to the effects mentioned above, and other effects not mentioned can be clearly understood by those skilled in the art from the description of the claims.
