화장실 바닥에 고정되고, 직립형성된 측면부, 상기 측면부로부터 연장형성된 바닥부, 및 상기 바닥부와 연결된 지지부가 구비된 하부프레임;
상기 하부프레임 상에 측면고정수단이 일측으로부터 타측을 통공한 후 상기 측면부에 연결되면서 고정되는 판넬; 및
상기 측면고정수단이 설치된 후, 상기 판넬의 타측에 위치하여 상기 하부프레임 상에 설치되는 측면프레임;을 포함하고,
상기 바닥부는 각각의 상기 측면부 및 상기 지지부와 단차가 형성되도록 연결되고, 상기 바닥부의 하측과 상기 측면부 및 상기 지지부 각각의 일측에 의해 소정의 공간이 형성되어 상기 바닥부가 상기 화장실 바닥으로부터 이격된 것을 특징으로 하는,
