Abstract
The present invention relates to a fluorescent lamp socket, in which a user easily pushes a fluorescent lamp against a fluorescent lamp socket and thereby saves manpower and time, and prevents a safety accident.
Description
The present invention relates to a fluorescent lamp socket, and more particularly, to a fluorescent lamp socket that allows a fluorescent lamp to be easily mounted and removed by being pushed against a fluorescent lamp socket from the side.
The fluorescent lamp socket is electrically connected to the fluorescent lamp and the wiring so that the fluorescent lamp can emit light. Such fluorescent lamps and fluorescent lamp sockets belong to a group of products that are not widely changed despite being commonly used. In particular, fluorescent lamp sockets have been developed and sold for a long time, but improved products that are easy to use have not been released on the market, and even if the products are improved, the inconvenience is not easily solved. That is, a conventional spring-type fluorescent lamp socket is a method of inserting a fluorescent lamp into a hole of a socket. Such a spring method has difficulties in fitting a fluorescent lamp into a fluorescent lamp socket in the case of a spring tensioning component. In addition, as the length of the fluorescent lamp becomes longer, a lot of manpower is mobilized to attach and detach the fluorescent lamp from the fluorescent lamp socket.
On the other hand, Korean Patent Laid-Open No. 10-2002-0064466 discloses a prior art related to a fluorescent lamp socket.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made in order to solve the problems of the prior art as described above, and it is an object of the present invention to easily replace a fluorescent lamp in a fluorescent lamp socket by a user.
Another purpose is to save the manpower and time for replacing the fluorescent lamp by allowing the user to easily replace the fluorescent lamp from the fluorescent lamp socket.
Another purpose is to safely replace the fluorescent lamp when the user changes the fluorescent lamp from the fluorescent lamp socket by pressing the socket, compared to replacing the existing fluorescent lamp.
In order to achieve the above object, there is provided a fluorescent lamp socket for mounting a fluorescent lamp according to the present invention, comprising: a pin moving groove which is a space in which a fluorescent lamp pin of the fluorescent lamp is movable in a lateral direction; A pin seating portion in which the fluorescent light pin is seated in the pin movement groove; A pin fixing unit fixing the fluorescent lamp pin; And a socket switch which protrudes or retracts the pin fixing portion by pressing with the fluorescent lamp pin.
Here, the pin fixing portion is connected to the socket switch by a torsion spring, and is protruded and retracted.
In addition, the pin fixing portion is formed with a latch jaw so that the fluorescent lamp pin can move with the socket switch but can not move in a direction opposite to the socket switch.
In addition, a point of contact with the upper portion of the fluorescent lamp pin at the pin fixing portion may be inclined so that the user can easily press the socket switch.
The fluorescent lamp socket according to the present invention has the following effects.
First, the user can easily replace the fluorescent lamp with respect to the fluorescent lamp socket. When a fluorescent lamp is attached to the fluorescent lamp socket according to the present invention, the fluorescent lamp is easily inserted into the fluorescent lamp socket because the fluorescent lamp is pushed in the horizontal direction with respect to the fluorescent lamp socket instead of trying to mount it under the fluorescent lamp socket.
Second, it saves manpower and time when the fluorescent lamp is mounted on the fluorescent socket. The fluorescent lamp socket according to the present invention is mounted with a clicking sound just like a principle in which the core of the ballpoint pen protrudes when a fluorescent lamp is pushed into the fluorescent lamp socket. Therefore, the user can replace the fluorescent lamp without any difficulty, thereby saving time.
Third, the fluorescent lamp socket according to the present invention can prevent a safety accident such as a fluorescent lamp being broken due to mistakes that may occur when a fluorescent lamp is replaced. In the present invention, since the fluorescent lamp is conventionally removed from the fluorescent lamp socket, it is not necessary to perform troublesome work and it is possible to easily release the fluorescent lamp only by pressing the fluorescent lamp. Therefore, the user can not pull out the fluorescent lamp Since the jaws can be retracted and the fluorescent lamps can be pulled out by pushing the socket switch only by pushing forward, it is possible to prevent a safety accident such as a fluorescent lamp being broken due to mistakes that may occur when the fluorescent lamp is replaced.
Fourth, the fluorescent lamp can be moved easily in the direction of the socket switch, so that the fluorescent lamp can be easily released. The locking step of the pin fixing part according to the present invention is formed such that the inclined surface rises in the socket switch direction. Therefore, it is possible to reduce the frictional force between the fluorescent lamp pin and the jaws. Therefore, even if the jaws for catching the fluorescent lamp pins are moved a little in the direction of the socket switch, the fluorescent lamp pins can be easily pulled out and the socket switch can be pressed. It can be easily removed.

As described in detail above, the fluorescent lamp socket according to the present invention allows the user to easily replace the fluorescent lamp with respect to the fluorescent lamp socket.
In addition, labor and time can be saved when a fluorescent lamp is mounted on a fluorescent lamp socket.
In addition, the fluorescent lamp socket according to the present invention allows the user to push the fluorescent lamp through, insert it again, and release it. Therefore, since it is not necessary to carry out troublesome work such as lifting the fluorescent lamp from the fluorescent lamp socket, it is possible to easily remove it. Moreover, since the jaws are provided, the user can not pull out the fluorescent lamp and push it forward. The jaws can be retracted and the fluorescent lamps can be pulled out. Therefore, it is possible to prevent safety accidents such as the fluorescent lamps being damaged due to mistakes that may occur when the fluorescent lamps are replaced.
Finally, the fluorescent lamp pin can be easily moved toward the socket switch, so that the fluorescent lamp can easily be released. In the pin fixing portion of the pin fixing portion according to the present invention, the inclined surface is formed to rise in the socket switch direction.
Meanwhile, the socket switch according to the present invention can be used as long as the user can easily press the socket with the fluorescent lamp pin.
Further, the pin fixing portion according to the present invention can be used as long as a fluorescent lamp is mounted and the fluorescent lamp pin can be fixed.
In the present invention, any structure other than the torsion spring may be used for restoring the position of the socket switch and protruding and retracting the pin fixing portion, so that the pin fixing portion can protrude and retreat as the socket switch is pushed, Do.
Lastly, in the present invention, the operation method using the ballpoint pen is applied to the pin fixing portion, but the operating method using the ballpoint pen is applicable to the socket switch according to the present invention.
The foregoing description of the preferred embodiments of the present invention has been presented for the purpose of illustration and it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various modifications, additions and substitutions are possible within the spirit and scope of the invention, And additions should be considered as falling within the scope of the claims of the present invention.
