Description
The present invention relates to a user authentication and printing system using biometric authentication that can prevent a person other than a user who requests printing from multiple authentication including biometric information of a user who has requested printing from acquiring a print document.
Recently, as information technology (IT) technology has developed, most of the work of the company is processed by computer. Thanks to this, it is possible to handle fast work, but there are new problems. One of them is security issue.
Therefore, it is necessary to control access through user authentication to the security document in the company, and to safely manage the printed matter through the user authentication process even in the printing process considering the in-house environment using the shared printer technology.
In order to solve such a problem, an ID / PW (Identification / Password) method is often used to authenticate a user at the time of printing. The ID / PW method can easily authenticate the user without additional cost or authentication token. However, the ID / PW method is affected by the oblivion and other services that use the same ID / PW when it is leaked to a third party.
