Abstract
Description
More particularly, the present invention relates to a slide exercise device capable of strengthening abdominal muscles and arm muscles by leaning and pulling back and forth while grasping with both hands and kneeling. will be.
In recent years, due to the increase in the number of cars and the increase in the number of routes for public transportation, the number of walking movements has gradually decreased, and the frequency of the walking movement has decreased. In modern times, most people spend most of their time sitting in chairs at school or work, Muscle strength of upper body and lower body is gradually weakened due to lack of exercise. Therefore, it is necessary to increase muscle strength through exercise, but busy modern people are not able to afford exercise in daily life.
Accordingly, indoor exercise apparatuses that allow easy exercise without any time or space are in the spotlight. Among them, slides which can be reinforced with abdominal muscles and arms can be pulled back and forth while holding the knees with both hands and gripping with both hands. The popularity of exercise equipment is steadily continuing.
Conventional slide exercises related to this are disclosed in Korean Utility Model Registration No. 20-0240629 and United States Patent No. 6017296. In both cases, since the grip portions are similar to each other and only the shapes of both grip portions are formed at 180 degrees, There is a disadvantage that only a specific muscle is used in the training of the arm muscles and the balanced exercise is difficult.
Therefore, there is a need to develop a new and advanced slide exercise device capable of adjusting the angle of the grip portion so as to not only uniformly train the arm muscles in the first half but also provide the muscle building effect suited to the user's needs.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been conceived to overcome the problems of the prior art, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a sliding exercise device in which a housing constituting a body of a sliding exercise device and a grip portion gripped by a hand are combined with a predetermined inclination angle, And to provide a slide exercise device capable of exhibiting a muscle strengthening effect suited to the needs of the user.
It is another object of the present invention to provide an additional structure capable of varying the angle of engagement between the housing and the grip portion constituting the slide motion mechanism.
It is still another object of the present invention to provide an additional auxiliary coupling tool that prevents the coupling angle from being changed or released when the angle of coupling between the housing and the grip is varied.
It is a further object of the present invention to provide an additional function that enables the use of a strap as an ancillary device used in the protection and movement of a user during a cushioning or movement of a joint by providing a strap in the grip portion, .
In order to achieve the above object, a slide exercise device having a tilted grip part according to the present invention comprises a housing, at least one roller mounted on a lower end of the housing, and a grip part inclined at one side of the housing do.
According to another aspect of the present invention, there is provided a slide movement mechanism having a tilted grip portion, comprising a housing, at least one roller mounted on the lower end of the housing, a support grip portion extending from one side of the upper surface of the housing, And a grip portion formed of an inclined grip portion which is inclined downwardly to be coupled to one side of the upper surface of the housing.
In addition, the housing may further include a protruding part protruding from one side of the housing, wherein the protruding part includes at least two flat surfaces that are flatly processed at different angles, And a screw thread is formed on an outer circumferential surface of an end portion of the grip portion so that the grip portion can be attached to and detached from the insertion portion through the thread.
In addition, the protruding part is provided with a support having a diameter smaller than the diameter of the lower end face of the protruding part, and is connected to the housing via the support.
In addition, the protruding part may include: a supporter recess formed in one portion to be recessed and formed; a supporter cover formed to be openable and closable at a start end of the supporter depression; and an elastic member provided on the outer peripheral surface of the end portion, Wherein the grip portion further includes a recess having a thread on an inner circumferential surface thereof which is engaged at one side so that when the supporter is stretched, the supporter threadably engages the recess .
In addition, the supporter is characterized in that it comprises at least one hinge on one side.
In addition, the grip portion may be divided into a first grip portion and a second grip portion, wherein an end portion of the first grip portion includes a pair of ribs formed with through-holes therein, and the second grip portion has a through- And the first grip portion and the second grip portion are coupled by the fastener coupled to the fastening hole.
In addition, the support grip portion may further include a protruding grip portion protruding from an upper portion of the connection portion with the inclined grip portion.
In addition, the grip portion may include a strap assembly mounted on a space provided inside to be in contact with an opening formed on one side of the surface, the strap assembly including a strap, a reel to which the strap is wound, And a strap connection portion for fixing the reel to the inner circumferential surface of the space, wherein the other end of the strap is pulled out And the strap is exposed through the opening.
According to the present invention, there is provided a sliding exercise device having a tilted grip portion,
1) Since the housing constituting the body of the sliding exercise device and the grip portion gripped by the hand are combined with a certain inclination angle, the first half of the arm muscle can be uniformly trained and the muscle strengthening effect can be exhibited to meet the needs of the user,
2) Since the angle between the housing and the grip part can be adjusted, it is possible to adjust the angle of the grip part according to the purpose of the exercise,
3) Since the connector can be additionally provided to prevent the engagement angle from being changed or the engagement to be released when the angle of engagement between the housing and the grip portion is changed, the safety of the grip portion can be improved even when the engagement angle is changed,
4) Since the strap assembly can be provided inside the grip portion, it can protect the user's body and can be used as an auxiliary means of exercise.
